هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة قياس مستوى الشخصية النيروستانية والتوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة ،ومعرفة طبيعة الفروق في الشخصية النيروستانية لدى طلبة الجامعة تبعاً لمتغير( الجنس والمرحلة الدراسية و نوع الدراسة(الصباحية-المسائية).التعرف على العلاقة بين الشخصية النيروستانية والتوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة .والتعرف على العلاقة بين الشخصية النيروستانية والتوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة والتعرف على الفروق في هذه العلاقة وفقاً لمتغيري (الجنس و نوع الدراسة).لعينة عددها(158)طالبا ًوطالبة في كلية العلوم الإسلامية ،تم بناء مقياس الشخصية النيروستانية واستخدم مقياس التوافق النفسي للسلطان(2008) وبعد التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياسين تم تطبيقهما واستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية التي تتناسب وأهداف البحث .
وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مستوى منخفض من الشخصية النيروستانية لدى عينة البحث وان مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى أفراد العينة بشكل عام عال ، كما أظهرت ا لدراسة بوجود فرق دال إحصائياً في الشخصية النيروستانية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث و الدراسة الصباحية، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة سلبية دالة بين الشخصية النيروستانية والتوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة وعدم وجود فروق معنوية في العلاقة وفقاً لمتغير الجنس و نوع الدراسة. كما نوقشت نتائج الدراسة وتم مقارنتها مع الدراسات السابقة ،وفي ضوء ذلك اقترحت الباحثة بعض التوصيات .

Abstract:
The present research aims to scale the neurosthenia personality and psychological adjustment for Mosul university's students, and the nature of differences in the neurosthenia personality for Mosul university's students according to the following variables:(Gender, study stage, and kind of study).Investigating the relationship between the neurosthenia personality and the psychological adjustment for Mosul university's students according to the following variables:(Gender, and kind of study). The sample included (158) students (males and females). Scale of the neurosthenia personality which was prepared by the researcher is based on the scale psychological adjustment scale formed by (Al-Sultan-2008). After verifying these two scales, the research was applied and suitable statistical means were used in order to achieve the aims of research.
The study shows a decrease in the level of the neurosthenia personality and high level of psychological adjustment among the individuals of the research sample. the results showed the existence of significant negative relationship between the neurosthenia personality and the psychological adjustment for Mosul university's students, They also showed the non-existence relationship according to the variable:(Gender, and kind of study).The results of study were discussed and compared with the previous studies. According to this discussion, the researcher suggested some recommendations.
