تطبيقات هندسة الاعتمادية ونظام تقييم الاعتمادية والكفاية المتاحة .ويعد من أكثر الأساليب تطوراً في تقييم كفاية خط الإنتاج نتيجة استخدام الحاسوب في التصنيع ، وذلك من خلال مراقبة أداء المكائن وتحليل بيانات العطلات والتوقفات التي تتعرض لها وتشخيص نقاط الضعف والاختناق الحقيقية ، أضافة الى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة ومسبباتها بهدف أتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة التي تضمن الاستخدام الأمثل لطاقات الإنتاج المتاحة .

The efficiency of the performance of production lines is of increasing importance. To this end, industrial enterprises are using the Reliability Engineering applications and Availability & Evaluation Reliability System (ARES) , which is one of the most advanced methods of assessing the efficiency of the production line as a result of computer use in manufacturing. By monitoring the performance of the machines , analysis of breakdowns & failures data and identify the real weaknesses and bottlenecks, in addition to identifying the factors affecting and their causes in order to take appropriate procedures to ensure the optimal use of available production capacities.
