تتناول هذه الدراسة مقاصد الحوار النبوي في نشر ثقافة السلام والتسامح الإنساني مع بيان أدب الحوار النبوي ومقاصده، واحترام الرأي الآخر، ونعترف فيه بتنوع الآراء والأفكار وإثراء الحياة الفكرية والفقهية، في الإقناع بالحجة، والدعوة بالحكمة، والمجادلة بالحسنى، للإسهام في تخفيف حالة الإنكار والتسفيه غير العلمي لآراء المخالفين في الاجتهاد، والرغبة في ترسيخ قيم التسامح الفكري بين مكونات المجتمع.
الملخص الانجليزي
This study deals with the aims of the Prophet's dialogue in spreading the culture of peace and human tolerance with a statement of the literature of the Prophet's dialogue and its purposes, and respect for the other opinion, in which we recognize the diversity of opinions and ideas and enrichment of intellectual and jurisprudential life in persuading argument and advocacy and wisdom. And the desire to consolidate the values of intellectual tolerance among the components of society.
