تتناول هذه الدراسة أهم قضايا القرآن الجديرة بالاهتمام والمتابعة والدراسة، والتي تتلخص في الخطاب الحضاري القرآني ومنهجه المقاصدي لحفظ السلم الإنساني العالمي بين كل الناس على اختلاف انتماءاتهم المذهبية والطائفية والثقافية والدينية، فالمنهج القرآني يسعى إلى ترسيخ المبادئ والقيم الأخلاقية بين الناس، ونشر ثقافة السلام والمحبة بين الشعوب من أجل بناء أسس للحوار والتواصل بين مختلف الحضارات والثقافات الإنسانية، وفتح المجال واسعاً للتعاون والاستقرار الاجتماعي والاقتصادي وتأمين مصالح الناس في كافة الجوانب السياسية والاجتماعية لجمع شتات الناس نحو السلم والأمن ونبذ العنف انطلاقاً من نص الوحي القرآني ومقصده في البناء الحضاري وتحقيق الاستخلاف الإنساني لحفظ التعايش وعمارة الأرض .
