ترسم الصلاة الغاية الكبرى والمقصد الأسمى الذي يهدف إليه الإسلام، في صلاح الكون وإعماره ،والنهوض به والإرتقاء بإنسانه، وتحقيق الأمن الفكري والمجتمعي فيه، بكل معانيه وأبعاده وقيمه ومقاصده ومفهومه الشامل فليس المقصود بالصلاة فرضها ونفلها أن تصل المسلم بخالقه لحظات أدائها فقط ، ثم ينفرط عقده بعد ذلك ويتبع هواه كلا ، فإن مهمة هذه الصلاة أن تغرس في ضمير مؤديها روح التقوى لله جل شأنه، وأن تمنحه شحنة روحية تذكره بالله كلما نسي وتقوي عزمه كلما ضعف، وتنير طريقه كلما انطفات من حوله المصابيح، ولا يرضى الإسلام أن يكون المسلم ربانيا في المسجد يركع ويسجد ، فإذا خرج من المسجد انقلب من رباني إلى حيواني أو شيطاني، يرتكب الجرائم والمنكرات ويعيث في الأرض فسادا بفكر منحرف وقصور في الرؤية والتصور
