هدف هذا البحث التعرف إلى المشكلات التي تواجه الطالبات المعلمات في تخصص تربية الطفل في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية، وذلك من أجل الوقوف على أهم مشكلات التدريب الميداني في الطفولة المبكرة، ومحاولة تقديم بعض الحلول، الأمر الذي يسهم في ضبط جودة محور التربية العملية لإعداد تخصص تربية الطفل لمعايير الاعتماد، وبالتالي رفع مستوى الجودة الشاملة للبرنامج. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (88) طالبة من كلية الأميرة عالية الجامعية، المسجلات في مساق التدريب الميداني خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 2012/2013. ولغايات البحث، تم بناء استبانة اشتملت على (30) مشكلةً موزعة على خمس مجالات. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن مشكلات التربية العملية التي تواجه الطالبات المعلمات في تخصص تربية الطفل على الترتيب الآتي: (برنامج التدريب والتخطيط، والمشرف الجامعي، وإدارة الروضة المتعاونة، وتلاميذ الروضة المتعاونة، وأخيراً المعلمة المتعاونة). وفي ضوء تلك النتائج، أوصى الباحث بزيادة التنسيق بين جميع الأطراف ذات العلاقة بالتربية العملية، وعقد دورات تدريبية للجهات المشرفة على برنامج التربية العملية.

This research aimed at knowing the problems encountering the teacher students in the specialization child education at Al-Balqa Applied University, in order to be a ware of the main practical trainings problem in early childhood, and an attempt to introduce some solution in order to contribute in controlling the quality of the practical education's axis to prepare the child education specialization according to the accreditation's standards, in order to heighten the program's level of the comprehensive quality. The study's population consisted of all the girls students (88) at Princes Alia University College University College registered in the course Filed Training during the second study term (2012-2013). For the research's purpose, a questionnaire was formed, consisted of (30) problems distributed on five fields. The research's results showed that the practical education's problems encountering the students in the specialization child Education were the following: (Training, planning, and quality program, university supervisor,the collaborating kindergarten's management, the collaborating kindergartens student's and the collaborating teacher). In the light of those results, the researcher recommended the increased coordination between all parties in relation with the practical education, and the need for conducting training seminars for the parties supervising the program
