أختبر تأثير المستخلص المائي الخــــام لبـــــذور نومي بصرة ضد عزلات سريرية مختلفة والتي تضمنت
و Enterococcus faecalis و Staphylococcus epidermidis و staphylococus aureus
أن التأثير التثبيطي للمستخلص المائـــي نفذ .Proteus vulgaris و Klebsiella pneumoniae و
بطريقة الأنتشار في الحفر وتمثل بمناطق تثبيط النمو حول الجفر مقاسة بوحدة القياس الملمتر, ان كبر مناطق التثبيط مرتبطة بتراكيز مستخلص البذور (10 و20 و 40 )% ، ان الفعالية ضد مايكروبية لمستخلص البذور الخــــام قــــد تعزى لمركبات حيوية موجودة فيه، النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها أظهرت ان المستخلص المائي الخام لبذور ثمرة النومي بصرة يمكن أن يعد كمصدر جيد للمركبات ضد مايكروبية ويمكن استخدامها كعلاج بديل للعديد من الامراض المعدية ويمكن أن يهيئ باشكال علاجية مختلفة.

The effect of crude watery extract for seeds of Citrus aurantifolia (Lime fruit) was tested against different clinical isolates were include Staphylococus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Proteus vulgaris. The inhibitory effect for watery extract was carried out by agar well diffusion method and represented as inhibition zones around wells and measured with millimeter unite; the large of zones are linked with concentration 10, 20, 40 % of seed extract, the antimicrobial activity of crude seeds extract may attributed to bioactive compound present in it. The results obtained shown that the crude seeds watery extract of C. aurantifolia fruit can be considered as good source of antimicrobial compounds and can be used as alternative therapy for may infectious diseases and can be incorporated into different drug formulations.
