استهدف البحث التحقق من فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على استخدام المدخل التفاوضي في تدريس التاريخ في تنمية التفكير التأملي ومهارات الحوار وقيم التسامح وقبول الأخر لدى الطالبات المعلمات بالفرقة الرابعة شعبة التاريخ بكلية البنات وعددهن ( 40) طالبة ، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد أدوات البحث وهي : اختبار مهارات التفكير التأملي ، بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات الحوار ، مقياس قيم التسامح وقبول الأخر ، وقد تم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبلياً على الطالبات المعلمات ( مجموعة البحث) ، ثم تدريس البرنامج المقترح القائم على المدخل التفاوضي للطالبات مجموعة البحث ، وتطبيق أدوات البحث بعدياً ، وإجراء التحليل الإحصائي ، حيث كشفت النتائج عن وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات المعلمات في اختبار مهارات التفكير التأملي ، بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات الحوار، مقياس قيم التسامح وقبول الأخر لصالح التطبيق البعدي ، وأن البرنامج القائم على استخدام المدخل التفاوضي في تدريس التاريخ حقق مستوى مناسباً من الفاعلية في كل من مهارات التفكير التأملي ، مهارات الحوار، قيم التسامح وقبول الأخر لدى الطالبات المعلمات

This study aimed at identifying the effect of using Proposed Program Based on using The Negotiation Approach to the teaching of history in the development of Reflective Thinking , Dialogue Skills, The Values of Tolerance and The Acceptance of Others for Majors , Sample study was formed of (40) majors in the 4th level, History Department.
The Research Tools: reflective thinking test, Dialogue Skills Checklist, measurement of Tolerance and The Accepting the Other Values.
Implementing the research experiment though the Pre-administration of research tools, teaching the Proposed Program on the use of negotiating approach , The Post- administration of research tools and interpreting the research results. The findings showed there is A statistically Significant differences between the Pre- Post administrations of the reflective thinking test, Dialogue Skills Checklist, measurement of Tolerance and The Accepting the Other Values in Favor of the post administration .The effectiveness of the suggested program on developing Reflective Thinking , Dialogue Skills and Tolerance and other Accepting Values.
