تسعى وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لتقوية قابلية التشغيل لخريجي الجامعات الجزائرية. وفي هذا الإطار سعت جامعة بسكرة تحت شعار من الجامعة الى عالم الشغل. الى تبني مشروع انفتاح الجامعة على المحيط الخارجي، وهذا من خلال تعزيز التبادل بين الجامعة والمحيط الخارجي الاجتماعي والاقتصادي عن طريق ما تقدمه جملة من الهياكل بالجامعة من خدمات متنوعة تصب في صالح الطلبة في جميع التخصصات لتحضيرهم للولوج الى عالم الشغل، كما تستفيد من كذلك المؤسسات باطلاع على نتائج البحوث الأكاديمية بالمخابر، وكذا استفادة الجامعة من معرفة متطلبات سوق الشغل والعمل على تلبية احتياجاته.
وفي هذا الصدد قامت جامعة بسكرة بإقامة هياكل فعالة تتمثل في دار المقاولاتية ومكتب الربط بين الجامعة والمؤسسات. كما استفدت من تأطر مشروع الاول من نوعه في الوطن الى جانب كل من جامعة تلمسان وبجاية والممثل بمركـز المسارات المهنية، ونادي البحث عن الوظيفة وهذا من قبل المكتب الدولي للشغل والممول من طرف المملكة البريطانية.
ومن اهم النتائج التي تحصلت عليها جامعة بسكرة، انها أصبحت على دراية بمتطلبات عالم الشغل بالولاية وماهي اهم التخصصات التي تحتاجها، كما انه سجلت زيادة في نسبة توظيف الطلبة الخريجين من الجامعة الذي استفادوا من خدمات هذه الهياكل المرافقة.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research seeks to strengthen the employability of graduates of Algerian universities. In this context, the University of Biskra, under the slogan of the university to the world of work, to adopt the project of openness of the university to the outer perimeter, and this through enhancing the exchange between the university and the external environment, social and economic through the provision of a number of structures of the University of various services in favor of students in All the specialties to prepare them to enter the world of work, as well as benefit from the institutions to learn about the results of academic research laboratories, as well as the benefit of the University to know the requirements of the labor market and work to meet the needs.
In this connection, the University of Biskra has established effective structures, such as the construction house and the university-institution liaison office. As well as benefiting from the framework of the first project of its kind in the homeland as well as the University of Tlemcen and Bejaia and representative Center career paths, and the search for the job and this by the International Labor Office funded by the Kingdom.
The most important results obtained by the University of Biskra, it became aware of the requirements of the world of work in the state and what is the most important disciplines that need and recorded an increase in the proportion of employment of university graduates who benefited from the services of these structures.
