والعمل على بناء اقتصاد منتج وتنافس ي في إطار التنمية المستدامة و الحفاظ على موروث
التضامن الاجتماعي. ونتناول في هذا المقام محورين خصصنا الأول لماهية الضمان
الاجتماعي و أهميته. والمحور الثاني نتناول فيه الضمان الاجتماعي كمبدأ دستوري و عالمي
