ملخص:
تشكل مؤسسات التعليم العالي على اختلاف أنواعها أداة للنهوض بالأفراد والمجتمعات وأساساً لحفظ تراث الأمة واستدامة بنائها الحضاري وميداناً لاستثمار القوى البشرية وإعدادها في ضوء حاجات التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بحيث تكون قادرة على العمل والإنتاج والمنافسة في سوق العمل. وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك تسعى الجامعات ومؤسسات التعليم العالي إلى التطوير والتحسين المستمر في منظومتها التعليمية وبرامجها الدراسية لتحقيق مستويات عالية من جودة الأداء خاصة مع تزايد حده المنافسة العالمية بينها والتي فرضت جملة من التحديات والإجراءات جعلت هذا الهدف في مقدمة خارطة أولوياتها. ويعد نظام الدراسة بالانتساب أحد أنماط التعليم العالي في كثير من الجامعات ومؤسسات التعليم على المستوى المحلي والعالمي والذي يهدف بشكل عام إلى تحقيق رغبات عدد من الطلاب والطالبات الذين لا تمكنهم ظروفهم الأسرية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية مواصلة دراستهم الجامعية بالانتظام على مقاعد الدراسة.
تهدف الدراسة بشكل عام إلى حصر الخدمات التي توفرها بوابات الجامعات المصرية والسعودية لطلاب الانتساب والتي تتمثل في التعرف على ماهية البوابات وأنواعها ونظام الانتساب بالجامعات، تحليل خدمات بوابات الجامعات المصرية والسعودية لطلاب نظام الانتساب والمقارنة بينها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج التي وصلت إلى (12) نتيجة من أهمها: بلغ إجمالي عدد الخدمات المتاحة على بوابات الجامعات المصرية (38) خدمة، كما وصلت عدد الخدمات التي توفرها بوابات الجامعات السعودية لطلاب نظام الانتساب فقط إلى (55) خدمة، هذا بغض النظر عن المعلومات المتاحة عن النظام سواء التسجيل أو التحويل أو الجداول أو النتائج، وهذه المعلومات الأساسية تعد خدمات ببوابات الجامعات المصرية. هذا وتوصي الدراسة بأهمية تزويد طلاب الانتساب بنماذج من الأسئلة والإجابات النموذجية لها منذ بداية الفصل الدراسي، وضرورة نشر ثقافة التعلم الإلكتروني عن بُعد في المجتمعات العلمية الجامعية.

Abstract
The different types of higher education institutions are tools for the advancement of individuals and communities, to save the heritage of the nation and the sustainability of the construction of civilization, and to invest manpower and prepared in the light of economic and social development needs, so as to be able to work, production and competition in the labor market. So universities and institutions of higher education try to the development and continuous improvement in its educational system and programs to achieve high levels of quality performance, especially with the growing global competition among them which imposed a series of challenges and actions made this goal at the forefront of a map of priorities. The enrollment system is a pattern of higher education in many universities and education institutions at the local and global level , which aims in general to achieve the desires of many students whose their social and economic circumstances prevent them from continuing their university attendance in school .
This study aims to limit the services provided by the Egyptian and Saudi universities Portals for enrollment students, which is to identify and types of portals and university enrollment system, Analysis Services of Egyptian and Saudi universities portals to students enrollment system and compare them . The study found many of the results which amounted to (12 ) and the most important: The total number of services available on the portals of the Egyptian universities (38) service, and the number of services offered by Saudi universities portals for students of enrollment system only are (55) service, this regardless of the information available on the registry system or tables , or results , and these services are basic information in the portals of Egyptian universities. This study recommends the importance of providing enrollment students examples of typical questions and answers since the beginning of the semester , and the need to promote a culture of remote e-learning in the university scientific communities .
