تسعى الجامعات في ظل البيئة شديدة التنافسية إلى كسب ميزة تنافسية على غيرها من المؤسسات العلمية والبحثية من خلال إضافة قيمة للباحثين عن طريق استغلال الطاقة الفكرية والعقلية لهم. ويؤدي رأس المال المعرفي دورا مهما في جعل الأصول غير المادية ميزة تنافسية من خلال دعم الإمكانيات والطاقات البشرية، ومساعدتهم على اكتشاف وتدفق إمكانياتهم المحتملة. وحتى يمكن لإدارة رأس المال المعرفي المساهمة في تحقيق وتدعيم الميزة التنافسية للجامعات يجب أن تقوم بإعداد برامجها المختلفة في إطار استراتيجية الجامعة من جهة، ووفق متطلبات عملها من جهة أخرى. وفي هذا الإتجاه تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس رأس المال المعرفي للباحثين بجامعة بني سويف من خلال قياس رأس المال البشري، وقياس رأس المال الهيكلي، وقياس رأس المال العلاقاتي، للوصول لقياس الميزة التنافسية للجامعة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج من أهمها: يتبين من خلال دراسة وقياس رأس المال الهيكلي لجامعة بني سويف أن لديها حتى الآن (11) براءة اختراع، واستحدثت العديد من الوحدات للمساعدة في تطبيق الأفكار الإبداعية والابتكارية للباحثين منها وحدة النشر العلمي والتي تشجع الباحثين على النشر الدولي ومكافأتهم والحفاظ على حقوقهم المادية والفكرية، حيث تلتزم الجامعة بتطبيق قوانين وقواعد الملكية الفكرية للباحثين، وتحاول في الوقت الراهن استخدام برامج لكشف انتهاكات حقوق المؤلفين للحفاظ على حقوق الباحثين بها، كما سعت الجامعة نحو إنشاء مدينة بحثية متكاملة بها العديد من مراكز التميز البحثي وكذا المراكز البحثية المختلفة والتي تحاول حل مشكلات المجتمع المحلي، مثل مركز علوم الليزر، ومركز النباتات العطرية وغيرها. ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصي بها الدراسة ضرورة قيام الجامعات المختلفة بقياس رأس المال المعرفي للباحثين سواء كانوا أعضاء هيئة تدريس أم معاونين، للوقوف على القدرات البحثية المتميزة لإبرازها، وتحسين القدرات الأقل، وتعظيم دور البوابات الجامعية في إبراز الأنشطة العلمية والبحثية المختلفة للباحثين بها، على أن تكون متاحة باللغتين
العربية والإنجليزية على الأقل.

Abstract
Universities seek in competitive environment to gain a competitive advantage over other scientific and research institutions through the added value for researchers, and benefit from their intellectual and mental energy. Intellectual capital plays an important role in making the intangible assets a competitive advantage by human support and energy, and to help them discover their potential and flow possibilities. so the management of intellectual capital can contribute to support the competitive advantage of universities, if it sets up their various programs in the framework of the university's strategy, and according to the requirements of the its work. the study aims to measure the intellectual capital of researchers at the University of Beni Suef by measuring human capital, structural Capital, and relation Capital, so as to reach for measuring the competitive advantage of the University. The study found many of the results: There are (11) patents at Beni Suef University, the university introduced many units to help implementing researchers’ creative and innovative ideas, such as: scientific publishing unit which encourages researchers to publish International papers and maintain rights of their physical and intellectual rights, as the university is committed to laws and rules of intellectual property, Beni-Suef University has been trying recently to use software which detect authors rights violations to preserve the rights of researchers. the university sought towards the establishment of an integrated research city with many distinguished Excellence centers as well as many research centers, that are trying to solve community problems, such as Laser Science Center, and the aromatic plants Center. The study recommends that, universities have to measure intellectual capital of their researchers, whether faculty members or their assistants, to show their research capabilities, and improve the lower capacity, and to maximize the role of the university portals in highlighting the researcher’ scientific and research activities, and to be available in Arabic and English Languages at least.
