الملخص: تناولت الدراسة أسباب اندلاع الانتفاضة وكيفية حدوثها وخلفية منفذيها، وتطورها أيضًا، كما ركزت على الرد الإسرائيلي على انتفاضة القدس عسكريًا وتشريعيًا، وبينت أن الرد العسكري له أسلوبان رئيسان؛ أعمال انتقامية وعقوبات جماعية، كما تطرقت الدراسة إلى الرد التشريعي والمقصود به سن قوانين لمجابهة الانتفاضة فالاحتلال الإسرائيلي احتلال احترافي بكل معنى الكلمة، فهو يجيد ممارسة الاعتداءات، ويبدع في إعطائها بُعدًا ومصوغًا قانونيًا من خلال تشريع القوانين في الكنيست أو من المحكمة العليا انتقامية الهدف وقائية الادعاء. منها: قانون الإرهاب، و قانون منع الأذان في المسجد الأقصى، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن سياسة إسرائيل لردع الانتفاضة هي إجراءات انتقامية بحته، ولكنها مدروسة ومتقنة، من خلال مدّها بتشريعات قانونية تخدم أهدافها وتحصنهم من العقاب، وإعطائها مظهرًا ديموقراطيًا أمام المجتمع الدولي. وقد أوصت الدراسة بدعم صمود أهالي القدس، والعمل على إنهاء الانقسام. وتطوير الانتفاضة بأساليب وخطط شعبية لمواجهة مخططات التهويد وإسناد أهالي القدس بخطة إعلامية مكثفة لإظهار معاناتهم اليومية.

Abstract
The study deals with the causes behind the outbreak of this uprising. It discusses how it had begun and developed and the background of its participants. The study gives special attention to the military and legal Israeli response to the Jerusalem Uprising, and clarifies that the military response has two main types; retaliatory actions and collective punishments. It also focuses on the Israeli legislative response, which means enacting laws, to confront the uprising. And as it is known, the Israeli occupation is professional in every sense of the word. It is excellent of committing aggressions, and creative in giving them the legal coverage through legislating laws in the Knesset, such as; the law of terrorism, and the law to prevent the call for prayer -ADHAAN- in the Aqsa Mosque, or the Supreme Court which has retaliatory aim and protective allegation. The study has concluded that Israel's policy against the Uprising are pure retaliatory measurements, but deliberate and disciplined, that is through backing them by legislations serve their purpose and protect them against punishment, as well as giving Israel a democratic appearance before the international community.
The study has recommended supporting the steadfastness of the Jerusalemites, and do work to end the internal division. And to develop the uprising through popular methods and plans to confront with Judaization schemes. And finally, to support the Jerusalemites with an intensive supporting media plan to show their daily suffering.
