تعد المرأة الركيزة اساسية في المجتمع ، واختلفت الامم في تناول حقوقها وتشريعاتها ، ولا يمكن اغفال دورها في المجتمع فهي البنية الاساسية في بنائه ، وبرعت في عدة مجالات الا ان نظرة المجتمعات في عصر ما قبل الاسلام اختلفت الى المراة ، فعند الاغريق كانت تعد شجرة مسمومة ومحتقرة حتى اطلقوا عليها رجس من عمل الشيطان وكانت هذه النظرة عند كبار مفكريهم وفلاسفتهم مثل افلاطون ،واهملت كثيراً وبيعت كالسلع في الاسواق ، ولم يختلف الامر في كثير من الحضارات الاخرى حتى بزغ شمس الاسلام واضاء للبشرية طريق الرخاء وسبل السلام والسعادة الابدية فنظر الى المراة انها اساس في المجتمع فلولاها ليس للاسرة نبات ونمو وذرية صالحة ترضي الله تعالى وتسهم في تقدم المجتمع وسعادته .
وقد ظهرت نساء في العصر الحديث كان لهم نصيباً وافر من الاسهام في تقدم المجتمع ومن هؤلاء النسوة البرفيسورة الدكتورة عدوية جمعة حيدر اذ استطاعت بنشاطها العلمية واكتشافاتها ان تنال لقب اصغر بروفيسورة واستطاعت هذه العالمة الجليلة ان تبرع في مجال علمي راق وهو مجال الفيزياء مهتمة بدراسة الليزر واستخدام هذه الاشعة في المجالات الطبية والصناعية ودرست العالمة على مجموعة من الاساتذة الكبار مث الدكتور وليد خلف حمودي ، والدكتور محمد راضي ، والبروفيسورين الهنديين هما راو ولال ، وغيرهما .

The aim of this study was to study the obstacles and challenges facing online education in the Arab countries. It was necessary before this topic to refer to the concept of education on the Internet and then to address the importance of this education, especially in the current international climate.
The difference between the developed countries and the countries that are called the name of the developing countries. The importance of this subject is that in its application it will push the Arab countries to improve in the fields of culture and education, especially that e-learning or education on the net is verifiable and the process as long as there is a will and desire can be transferred to the circle Presence through work, patience and cooperation to overcome difficulties.
After discussing the importance of online education, two topics were devoted to discussing the challenges and difficulties facing this education. The first topic was about the unforeseen or indirect difficulties facing this education, which can be summarized by the existence of differences within the Arab countries at various levels, including cultural, These countries' commitments and policies vary, which is reflected in their attitudes, the nature of the procedures and the ways in which they are carried out, including their choices in the educational field.
The second topic, which focused on the challenges and obstacles, dealt with the physical and psychological aspects, the infrastructure and the difference between the standard or standard Arabic language and the dialects that some people use unintentionally in their writings on the Internet in addition to the lack of financial allocations in this aspect.
And there was a search for solutions and treatments that help solve the challenges and obstacles.
One of the proposed solutions was to spread the culture of education on the net with greater attention to improving the infrastructure as a whole and to draw upon the experience of the friendly countries that preceded this field, all through a single Arab strategy. The Arab organizations such as the Arab Union of Telecommunications and the Arab Union of Software Unifying the meanings and meanings of Arabic words and terminology. All this will lead not only to the dissemination of e-learning, but also to strengthening the bonds of Arab cooperation, leading to comprehensive coordination in all fields.
