تسعى الدراسة إلى تعزيز مكانة الشباب الفلسطيني في صناعة القرار وذلك من خلال تبني استراتيجية شاملة للشباب تقوم على أساس تمكين الشباب في المشاركة السياسية وصناعة القرار باعتبار أن الشباب العنصر الأهم في عملية التنمية الحقيقية والمستدامة، ولتحقيق ذلك لابد من وجود مجموعة من الآليات منها وجود مجموعة من التشريعات التي تقرر حقوق وحريات الشباب على سبيل المثال تخفيض سن الترشح إلى 25 سنة، ووجود مؤسسات يقوم الشباب من خلالها ممارسة نشاطات فكرية وإبداعية ويشرف عليها الشباب أنفسهم للتصدي للعوامل المحبطة والمعيقة لنشاطهم وفعالياتهم وفي مقدمتها تجاوز الحزبية المقيتة والفئوية الضيقة، ووجود برامج وأنشطة خاصة بقضايا التمكين وبناء القدرات، ووجود دعم حكومي لمشروعات الشباب الريادية.

The study seeks to enhance the position of Palestinian youth in decision-making, by adopting a comprehensive strategy for youth based on empowering youth in political participation and decision-making, given that youth are the most important element in the process of real and sustainable development, and to achieve this there must be a set of mechanisms, including a set of Legislations deciding the rights and freedoms of young people, for example, reducing the age of candidacy to 25 years, and the existence of institutions through which young people engage in intellectual and creative activities and supervised by the young people themselves to address the frustrating and hindering factors of their activities and activities, foremost of which is overcoming grief Yeh abhorrent and narrow factional interests, and the existence of programs and activities of special issues of empowerment and capacity building, and the presence of government support for youth entrepreneurship projects.
