هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دلالة البناء الصرفي(ق د س) ومشتقاته في القرآن الكريم، وبينت أنَّ هذا البناء ورد منه المشتقات الآتية: (نُقَدِّسُ، القُدُس، القُدُّوس، المُقَدَّس)، وهي تدل على التنزيه والطهارة، والمباركة، فالفعل المضارع( نُقَدِّسُ) دلَّ على أنَّ الملائكة ينزهون الله- عز وجل- عن كل عيب ونقص، فله صفات الكمال، ووصف الله-عز وجل- جبريل بروح القدس؛ لأنه خُلِق من الطهارة، وسمَّى الله-عز وجل- نفسه بالقدوس للدلالة على كمال صفاته، وأنَّه لا يماثله شيء في صفاته، ووصف الله جل ثناؤه الوادي الذي كَلَّم فيه موسى بالمقدس؛ لأنه بقعة مباركة، ووصف به الأرض التي اختارها لأنبيائه، وهي بلاد الشام، ومنها المسجد الأقصى المبارك؛ للدلالة على أنَّها أرض مباركة، باركها الله عز وجل؛ فهي موطن الأنبياء عليهم الصلاة والسلام، وهي الأرض التي هاجر إليها خليل الله إبراهيم، ولوط عليهما الصلاة والسلام، وهي الوجهة التي توجه إليها موسى خوفًا من فرعون وقومه، وهي بلاد التوحيد التي هاجرت إليها بلقيس، وهي المكان الذي أمر الله- عز وجل- أنبياءه-عليهم الصلاة والسلام بإقامة شرعه، وعبادته، وتوحيده، وجعلهم أئمة يهدون بأمره.

This study aimed to build significant morphological statement (s d o) and its derivatives in the Qur'an, and demonstrated that this construction indicated him the following derivatives (cherish, Jerusalem, Holy Spirit, Bible), they show the elevation and purity, and blessed it tenses (cherish) shown that angels Idolize Allah-the Almighty-for every defect, lack, his qualities of perfection, and describe Allah-the Almighty-Gabriel with the Holy Spirit, because it is a creation of purity, named Allah-the Almighty-Holy itself to signify perfection of attributes, and it does something similar in his qualities, his praise of Allah almighty-description-the Valley where Holy Moses spake; spot Blessing, and described the land chosen for his prophets, the Levant, and from the Al-Aqsa mosque to signify it is a land blessed, blessed by Allah almighty is the home of the prophets peace and blessings on them, is the land that immigrated Khalil Allah Abraham, lot them blessings and peace, and the destination Moses directed for fear of Pharaoh and his people, and it's a country that emigrated Balkis, a place which is Allah-the Almighty-prophets-peace be upon them-the Administration Bill, his worship, and standardized, and made them imams, guiding him
