تأتي هذه الدراسة من أجل فحص وتحديد المستودعات الرقمية المؤسساتية الموجودة بالجامعات الجزائرية والتي تم إحصاؤها من طرف دليل المستودعات الرقمية ذات الوصول الحر OpenDOAR والمقدرة بـ 12 مستودعا رقميا مؤسساتيا وذلك من خلال فحص مؤشرات متعلقة بالتوزيع الموضوعي والزمني، طرق إسترجاع المعلومات، وطرق عرض بيانات الوصف لمصادر المعلومات بالمستودعات الرقمية، الخدمات الإضافية، البرمجيات المستخدمة في بناء المستودعات الرقمية، سياسات الإيداع بالمستودعات الرقمية، إدارة المحتوى وإدارة حقوق النشر. وكذا وضع ألية لبناء المستودعات المؤسساتية لتسترشد بها جامعة عبد الحميد مهري قسنطينة 2 في تطوير مستودعها المؤسساتي لفائدة أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وقد كانت الرسائل الجامعية الإلكترونية أكثر المصادر إتاحة بالمستودعات موضوع الدراسة بنسبة 91%، و اعتمدت المستودعات الرقمية موضوع الدراسة على برمجية Dspace المفتوحة المصدر بنسبة 83%، كما توصلت الدراسة الى انعدام بعض السياسات لدى أغلب المستودعات المؤسساتية موضوع الدراسة.

This study is aimed at examining and identifying the digital institutional repositories in the Algerian universities which were counted by the OpenDOAR and estimated at 12 institutional repositories, by examining indicators related to the subjective distributions, information retrieval, Metadata description methods, additional services, software used, digital repositories deposit policies, and copyright management, as well as the establishment of a mechanism to build the institutional repositories to guide the university of Abdelhamid Mehri Constantine 2 in the development of institutional repository for the benefits of faculty authors, electronic theses and dissertation were the most resources available in the repositories under study by 91%, the digital repositories of the study were based on the open source software “Dspace” by 83%, and the study found lack of some policies in most of the repositories under the study.
