الملخص الانجليزي
The crystal structure of hard CrAlN coatings at high temperature has been determined using in-situ synchrotron radiation x-ray diffraction (SR-XRD) technique in temperature range of 25 - 700 °C. The high resolution SR-XRD data was used to determine the lattice structure of coating materials. The coating material was dominated with CrN phase in form of NaCl B1 structure. Results showed that the structure of coating material varied significantly as the temperature increased. The existence of Al affected the lattice constant of CrN which indicated the formation of solid solution structures. Below 600 °C, coatings demonstrate remarkable structural thermal stability. However, formation of Cubic Cr along with Al2O at about 700 °C can be considered as the onset of phase transformation. The studied crystal structures can be implement in First-principles calculations in order to predict the mechanical properties and electronic properties of coatings at high temperatures.
