هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة تقدير المعلمين بمحافظة غزة لأهمية البحث الإجرائي وجدواه، ولدرجة امتلاكهم لمهاراته، ووضع رؤية مقترحة لتنمية مهاراته لدى المعلمين بمحافظات غزة. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الأسلوب التحليلي بتطبيق أداتين على عينة مكونة من (376) معلما ومعلمة، هما: استبانة مكونة من (45) فقرة ، وبطاقة استطلاع مكونة من (7) أسئلة مغلقة يحمل الإجابة (نعم، لا). وكانت النتائج على النحو التالي:
- (76.8%) من أفراد العينة يرون ضرورة وأهمية للبحث الإجرائي في العمل المدرسي، و(73.4%) منهم يرغبون بتطوير مهاراتهم البحثية في هذا المجال، في حين أجمع (80.1%) منهم على أن ظروف العمل لا تسمح بممارسة البحث الإجرائي، و(50%) منهم يحتاجون إلى تنمية مهاراتهم البحثية (الإجرائية الفنية) بالدرجة الأولى.
- الدرجة الكلية لتقدير أفراد العينة لامتلاكهم مهارات البحث الإجرائي في المجالات المحددة تساوي (58.86%) وهي درجة متوسطة، وقد جاءت المجالات على الترتيب: (مهارات علمية ومفاهيمية) في المجال الأول بوزن نسبي (59.23%) يليه مجال (مهارات إجرائية فنية) بوزن نسبي (58.92%) وأخيرا مجال (مهارات لغوية وتنظيمية) بوزن نسبي (58.41%)
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لامتلاكهم مهارات البحث الإجرائي تعزى لمتغير النوع، وكانت الفروق لصالح الذكور
وفي ضوء النتائج تم ووضع رؤية مقترحة لتنمية مهارات البحث الإجرائي لدى المعلمين بمحافظات غزة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة استقصاء آراء المعلمين وتحسين ظروفهم بشكل دوري عن اهتماماتهم وميولهم والمشكلات التي تعيق العمل في مجال البحوث الإجرائية، وإصدار مجلة محكمة ودورية من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم، تضم أبحاث المعلمين الإجرائية.

The study aimed to identify the degree teachers estimate the Gaza governorate of the importance of action research and its usefulness , but the degree possession of his skills , and develop a vision proposed for the development of skills of teachers in Gaza Governorates . To achieve these goals , the researcher used the descriptive method by applying tools on a sample of ( 376 ) teachers , namely: a questionnaire consisting of (45 ) items , card composed poll (7) holds the answer closed questions ( yes, no ) .The results were :
- ( 76.8 % ) of respondents said they find the need and the importance of action research in the school work, and ( 73.4 % ) of them wishing to develop their research skills in this area , while the whole ( 80.1 % ) of them that working conditions do not allow the practice of action research , and (50%) of them need to develop their research skills ( procedural and technical ) in first class.
- The total score to estimate the sample for possession action research skills in specific areas equal to ( 58.86 % ), a medium degree , came fields , respectively : ( a scientific and conceptual skills ) in the first area relative weight ( 59.23 % ), followed by the field ( technical procedural skills ) relative weight ( 58.92 % ), and finally the field ( language skills and organizational ) relative weight ( 58.41 % )
- There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the respondents estimate they maintained action research skills related to gender , and the differences in favor of males
In light of the results has been the development of a vision proposed for the development of action research skills of teachers in Gaza Governorates , the study recommended the need to survey the views of teachers and improve their regularly for their interests and preferences and problems that hinder the work in the field of procedural research, publish a magazine court periodically by the Ministry of Education, includes research teachers procedural .
