يحاول هذا البحث القاء الضوء على ظاهرة تحدث في الخطاب بشكل عام وهي المغالطات المنطقية واسقاطها على الجلسات النقدية التي تحدث داخل مرسم التصميم المعماري بوصفها احد انواع الخطاب، ولتحقيق ذلك الغرض يتبنى البحث منهجا تحليليا باعتباران عملية النقد الحاضرة في مرسم العمارة احدى عناصره الأساسية لاختبار الفرضية الرئيسية للبحث والمتمثلة في امكانية وجود بعض المغالطات المنطقية في النقد الموجه للطلبة خلال عملية تقييم العمل التصميمي في المرسم المعماري، كما انه يحاول معرفة تأثير التغيير في زمن المهمة التصميمية (ضمن المرحلة المفاهيمية) على طبيعة نوع وتكرار تلك المغالطات، ولقد تمكن البحث من الكشف عن عدة انواع من المغالطات تباينت في عددها بتغيرزمن الجلسة النقدية، كما توصل البحث الى انه بتقدم الجلسات النقدية انخفض عدد المغالطات بشكل ملحوظ، ليخرج بعد ذلك بنتائج ومؤشرات تمكن من خلال مراعاتها، الحكم على الممارسة النقدية الاكاديمية لغرض المساهمة في تحسينها وتطويرها.

This paper attempts to shed light on a phenomenon that occurs in the discourse in general which is the logical fallacies, as it tries to project it on architecture criticism that takes place inside the design studio, as a type of discourse. It adopts an analytical approach considering the criticism process as one of its basic elements, to test the main hypothesis which is the possibility of the existence of some logical fallacies in criticism directed to students during the conceptual phase of the design process. The paper also tries to clarify the effect of design session time on the nature of these fallacies. The paper finds some of these fallacies vary in numbers types and repetition during the monitoring of the design session. It also finds that the progress of sessions decreases the number of fallacies significantly. This paper tries to come out of its results with indicators to refine the academic practice into the field of architectural design criticism, in the aim of contributing to its improvement and development
