تنوعت طرق التألیف في المذاهب الفقهیة عبر الأزمان، ولقد كان لكل طریقة دواعیها،ومسوغاتها، محاسنها، ومساوئها، غیر أن جمیعها كان سببا في حفظ أصول هذه المذاهب فروعها،واجتهاداتها، وتطبیقاتها، وبالتالي انتشارها، وبقاء ت ا رثها، ولقد سلك المؤلفون مناهج مختلفة، وط ا رئقمتعددة؛ سواء في جانب الأسلوب اختصا ا ر، أم توسعا، نث ا ر، أم نظما، متنا أم شرحا. فكان للسادة علماءالمالكیة قدم السبق في هذا المیدان من إعادة لنسخ المخطوطات، واختصارها في شكل متون،ومنظومات، ومن ثم شروحات حتى یسهل حفظها، وفقهها لطلبة العلم، كما فعل الإمام محمد بن عبدالباقي الزرقاني مع مخطوط المقدمة العزیة للجماعة الأزهریة؛ حین شرحه. ولقد كان اختیارنا لمخطوطهذا الإمام الجلیل لما له من أهمیة بالغة في الد ا رسات الفقهیة المالكیة، وكذلك إسهاما منا في إحیاءالت ا رث الفقهي لهذا العالم ، إذ نحاول من خلال هذه الد ا رسة معرفة مؤلف العزیة الشیخ أبي الحسنالمنوفي الشاذلي (ت: ٩٣٦ ه)، وشارحها الإمام عبد الباقي الزرقاني، ومنهجیته في شرحه.

The methods of writing in Islamic jurisprudence doctrines have variedthroughout ages. Each method has had its special ways, advantages, anddisadvantages. Though different, those methods altogether have contributed inpreserving the origin of the doctrines and its applications, and thus its spreadand perseverance as a heritage. In fact, authors adapted various methodologiesand different methods especially at the level of style. Among themethodologies they used: summarizing, expanding, explaining of both proseand poetry. Scholars of Malikit are among the pioneers in this field. Theyreprinted manuscripts and summarized them in a form of prose, and then theyexplained them in order to be easily taken by heart and clearly understood bystudents. The present manuscript, entitled “Makhtot Al Mukaddima Al IzziyyaLil Jamaàa Al Azhariyya” explained by Imam Muhammad Ben abdelBaki Alzzarkani, was chosen for two reasons. The first reason is its importance inMalikit studies, whereas the second is an attempt to revive the heritage of thisgreat scholar. We try through this study to present the biography of the writerof AlIzziyya, A cheikh Abu Al Hassan Al manoufi Al Chadli who was died in936 besides defining its explainer Al Imam Al zzarkani and his methodology in
