لقد بعث اللَّه سبْحانَه وَتعالى مُحمدًا صَلى اللَّه عَلَيْه وَسَلم بِجَوَامِعِ الْكَلِمِ، وكذلك خَصَّه بِبَدائِع الْحِكَمِ, وجَوَامِع الْكَلمِ معناها أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَجْمَعُ لَهُ الْأُمُورَ الْكَثِيرَةَ الَّتِي كَانَتْ تُكْتَبُ فِي الْكُتُبِ قَبْلَهُ فِي الْأَمْرِ الْوَاحِدِ وَالْأَمْرَيْنِ، وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ. وَقد جَمع الْعُلمَاء جُمُوعًا مِن كَلِمَاتِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْجَامِعَةِ، فَصَنَّفوا فيها بعض الكتب , ولقد ورد عن الأئمة المتقدمين (رحمهم الله) عدة أقوال في تحديد أصول الأحاديث النبوية أو الأحاديث الجامعة التي يدور عليها الدين:,واخترت منها قول الامام أبي داود (رحمه الله) :" قَالَ كَتَبْتُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ خَمْسَمِائَةِ أَلْفِ حَدِيثٍ، انْتَخَبْتُ مِنْهَا مَا تَضَمَّنَهُ هَذَا الْكِتَابُ - يَعْنِي كِتَابَ " السُّنَنِ " - جَمَعْتُ فِيهِ أَرْبَعَةَ آلَافٍ وَثَمَانِمِائَةِ حَدِيثٍ، وَيَكْفِي الْإِنْسَانَ لِدِينِهِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ أَرْبَعَةُ أَحَادِيثَ أَحَدُهَا: قَوْلُهُ "إِنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ"، وَالثَّانِي: قَوْلُهُ "مِنْ حُسْنِ إِسْلَامِ الْمَرْءِ تَرْكُهُ مَا لَا يَعْنِيهِ" وَالثَّالِثُ: قَوْلُهُ "لَا يَكُونُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مُؤْمِنًا حَتَّى يرْضَى لِأَخِيهِ مَا يَرْضَاه لِنَفْسِهِ"، وَالرَّابِعُ: قَوْلُهُ : "الْحَلَالُ بَيِّنٌ وَالْحَرَامُ بَيِّنٌ" .
وقد اعتمدت في بحثي هذا على قول الامام أبي داود (رحمه الله)، وأن أختار أربعة أحاديث عليها مدار الإسلام، وأبين أقوال العلماء فيها, وقمت بدراسة هذه الاحاديث دراسة تحليلية وذلك بتخريج الأحاديث وبيان الغريب فيها, ومن ثم شرح الأحاديث وأهم ما يستفاد منها, ومن الله التوفيق..

Summary
All praise due to Allah, the Cherisher of the world, and peace and blessing be upon the Prophet of Allah, on his family and all his companions.
Allah Almighty sent Mohammed (peace be upon Him) with short rich speeches, as well as specialized with excellent wisdoms. The short rich speeches (Jawamee Alkalim) means that Allah brings Him the many things that were written in the books before in one or two sentences, and so on. The scholars collected all of His comprehensive words, and so they classified some of the books about this words, and there were several sayings on which the earlier imams (may God have mercy upon them) said: There are several sayings regarding the origins of the hadiths or the comprehensive Hadiths on which religion bases , and I have chosen the sayin of Alimam Abi Daood (mercy be upon him), he said: “I have written about the Messenger of Allah five hundred thousand Hadiths and I have selected from them the contents of this book - the book" Sunan "- which collected four thousand eight hundred Hadiths, four of them are enough for human as a basis for religion the first is: “Actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah)", the second : “ It is from the excellence of (a believer's) Islam that he should shun that which is of no concern to him", the third: “None of you [truly] believes until he loves for his brother that which he loves for himself.", and the fourth: "That which is lawful is clear and that which is unlawful is clear"
In my research, I relied on the words of Imam Abi Dawood (may God have mercy upon him). I have chosen four hadiths on it throughout the course of Islam, explained the sayings of scholars therein, and studied these hadiths in an analytical study by documenting the hadiths explaining the unfamiliar in them, and then explaining the hadiths and the most important thing that is used from them,
