يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن خصائص البنية الحجاجية في نصوص الحكم العطائية لابن عطاء الله، بوصفها نصوصاً توجيهية وتعليمية، يهدف مؤلفها إلى تقديم موجهات سلوكية تُقَوِّمُ سلوك العبد وتهذبه، وتفسر له الكثير من الحقائق الغامضة التي يقابلها في طريقه. وما يكتنفها من أحداث قد تبدو في ظاهرها مزعجة، غير أنها في باطنها تحمل الكثير من الخير، وقد كان الدافع إلى إجراء هذه الدراسة هو ما وجده الباحث فيها من قيم حجاجية، امتزجت فيها اللغوية بالفلسفة، بأسلوب أدبي رائع.
ونظرًاً لأن طريق السالك/ المريد تتطلب الزهد في الدنيا والابتعاد عن مغرياتها وزينتها، وهو أمر قد تأنفه النفس البشرية التي تميل إلى المتع والملذات؛ فإن آليات بناء الخطاب الموجه له لابد أن تشتمل على أدوات استدلالية حجاجية، تقوي من إمكانية تَقَبُّلَه، وتأثيره الفاعل في المتلقي بما يفضي إلى تغيير معتقداته وأفكاره تجاه نزواته ورغباته، ومن ثم سلوكه وأفعاله، وقد أفاد الباحث في معالجته لآلية الحجاج في هذه الحكم من معطيات نظرية الحجاج والنظريات اللسانيات الحديثة.
وقد تجلت تلك الآليات الحجاجية في سلسلة من الأدوات اللغوية والبلاغية ذات البعد الحجاجي، بالإضافة إلى ما يصاحبها من المقومات الخاصة بسياق الخطاب الصوفي، ابتداءً بمكانة الشيخ - منتج النص- وما يمتلكها من مقومات خطابية، وانتهاءً بعناصر المقام الأخرى التي تسهم إلى حد كبير في توجه دلالة الخطاب وتهيئته لاستقباله.
وقد اقتضت طبيعة الدراسة الوقوف عند عنوانين فرعيين تتربع عليهما الدراسة، هما:
1) نظرية الحجاج (عند القدماء، والمحدثين).
2) الوسائل الحجاجية في الحكم (اللغوية، والبلاغية).
مع التقديم لهذه النقاط بمهاد نظري عام حول مصطلح الحجاج، ومدلولاته اللغوية والاصطلاحية، ثم رؤية عامة حول خصوصية الحكم البنائية. ثم خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، تتعلق بطبيعة الاستعمال الحجاجي للحكم.

This study aimed to explore the Hajajite construction characteristics in the Ataite wisdoms texts for Ibn Ata'a being guiding and educational. The objective is to introduce behavioral guidance that behave man and make him delicate. It also interpret for him many mysterious facts which he faces, and which may appear disturbing while really have implied goodness. This study was conducted due to the Hajajite values found, a blend of fine linguistics and philosophy.
For the devotee's path requiring devotion and giving up life's lures and temptations, a thing that may be undesirable for human beings psyche tends to desire and lures, the mechanisms of building the guiding discourse should have Hajajite inductive tools that help the reception of man and lead to a change in his thoughts and beliefs towards his whims and desires, then his behavior and deeds. The study utilized, in its treatments of the Hajajite mechanism in the these wisdoms, from the evidences of al-Hajaj theory and modern linguistics.
The Hajajite mechanisms appeared clearly in a number of Linguistic and rhetorical tools of Hajite vision, in addition to the special competencies it has and the other elements it has in the sofist discourse; beginning from Skeikh's status through the text's writer- with its discourse properties, ending up with the other elements, which largely contribute to directing the discourse semiotics and preparing for the reception of such discourse.
The nature of the study required considering two sub-titles which are of significance for the study:
1 . The theory of al-Hajaj (for the classicist and modernists)
2 . The Hajajites instruements in the wisdoms (Linguistical and rhetorical)
A theoretical background was introduced regarding the term of al-Hajaj, and its lexical and contextual meaning. A general review of the structural wisdoms was also introduced. The study conclude with a set of finding regarding the nature of using the Hajajite wisedoms.
