This study stems from the perspective of the third person in the media study, which appeared in the eighth decade of the last century in the United States of America and Europe, but did not get enough study in the Arab contexts, the Maghreb countries, And this paper seeks to clarify the basics of the perspective of the impact of the third person in the study of the media and its applications in the study of receipt through the new media.
