ان دراسة واقع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي من الدراسات المهمة والواقعية ،لاثرها الكبير في واقع الجامعات والمعاهد ،ولاسيما التحديات الكبيرة التي يواجهها،ولاهمية مخرجاته في سوق العمل وتنمية الحياة العلمية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية . سلط البحث الضوء على اهمية تطوير التعليم العالي وعلاقته بالتنمية البشرية والمستدامة ،وتطوير المجتمع،كما تناول اهم المشاكل والتحديات التي تعاني منها الكليات والجامعات واهم الحلول الناجعة والتي يمكن من خلالها تحقيق الانجازات المخطط لها وفق الخطط الاستراتيجية المناسبة لها،فضلا عن الاشارة الى واقع التعليم الاهلي واهميته واهم المشاكل التي تواجهه وافضل الوسائل والطرائق لمعالجتها،فضلا عن معايير الجودة في التعليم العالي.

The study of the reality of higher education and scientific research is one of the important and realistic studies, because of its great impact on the reality of universities and institutes, especially the major challenges it faces, and the importance of its outputs in the labor market and the development of scientific, economic and social life.
The research highlighted the importance of developing higher education and its relationship to human and sustainable development and community development, as well as addressing the most important problems and challenges experienced by colleges and universities and the most important effective solutions through which the planned accomplishments can be achieved according to the appropriate strategic plans for them, as well as a reference to the reality of private education And its importance and the most important problems facing it and the best means and methods to address them, as well as quality standards in higher education.
