تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تطبيقات القضاء الدستوري المغربي المستخلصة من اجتهاداته التي توضح دور هذا القضاء، من جهة، في انتظام المؤسسات الدستورية، ومن جهة أخرى، في تطوير بعض قواعد النظام الدستوري والسياسي بالمغرب، وذلك من خلال مبحثين اثنين: الأول- دور القضاء الدستوري في انتظام المؤسسات الدستورية؛ والثاني- دور القضاء الدستوري في تطوير النظام الدستوري والسياسي.

This study seeks to highlight the applications of the Moroccan constitutional judiciary extracted from its jurisprudence that clarify the role of this judiciary, on the one hand, in the regularity of constitutional institutions, and on the other hand, in developing some of the rules of the constitutional and political system in Morocco, through two topics: The first - the role of the constitutional judiciary In the regularity of constitutional institutions; The second - the role of the constitutional judiciary in developing the constitutional and political system.
