إن الصحراء كمكون مكاني او زماني او رمزي انما تختلف الرؤية تجاهها حسب الحالة الوجدانية التي تنسجها التجربة الإنسانية، فتمنحها كل تجربة وجودا خاصا وصورة تختلف عن مثيلاتها فهي للمكتشفين منجما، وللرحالة وللتجار معبرا. وكذا للشعراء فلكل شاعر تجربته الخاصة في الصحراء.
