هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مواصفات إعداد الورقة الامتحانية ومعايير صياغة فقراتها، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (8) امتحانات نهائية من امتحانات المقررات التربوية (متطلبات الكلية) للفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الجامعي 2018-2019م بكلية التربية- محافظة المهرة، تم تحليلها بواسطة استمارة تحليل بُنيتْ لهذا الغرض، وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى: أن توافر المواصفات الجيدة للورقة الامتحانية التي يُعِدُّها أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بكلية التربية- المهرة جاءت بدرجة عالية؛ حيث بلغتْ نسبة توافرها ككل (71.89%)، كما جاءت نسبة توافر معايير صياغة الفقرات الموضوعية في الورقة الامتحانية بالترتيب الأول بنسبة بلغت (86.94%)، وهي نسبة عالية جدا، وفي الترتيب الثاني جاءت معايير صياغة الفقرات المقالية في الورقة الامتحانية بنسبة توافر بلغت (77.27%)، وهي نسبة عالية، وفي الترتيب الثالث جاءت المواصفات الشكلية للورقة الامتحانية، بنسبة توافر بلغت (69.35%)، وهي نسبة عالية، وفي الترتيب الأخير جاءت المواصفات الضمنية للورقة الامتحانية بنسبة توافر بلغت (54.01%)، وهي نسبة توافر متوسطة، وأوصت الدراسة بـضرورة: مراعاة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمواصفات الورقة الامتحانية الشكلية والضمنية، ومراعاة معايير صياغة الفقرات الامتحانية بشكل سليم.

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the characteristics of preparing the exam paper and the criteria for composing its items. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical approach. The study sample consisted of (8) final exams from the educational curriculum exams (college requirements) for the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019 in the Faculty of Education - Al Mahrah Governorate. a questionnaire was administered to achieve the aim of the study. The data was analysed through an analysis form designed for this purpose. The study found out that: The characteristics of the exam paper that was prepared by the faculty members of the College of Education are of high degree of availability. In general, the percentage of the availability was (71.89%). Furthermore, the percentage of availability of criteria for drafting the objective exam items in the examination paper came in the first rank at a rate of (86.94%), which is very high, and in the second-order came the criteria for drafting the subjective exam items in the examination paper with the availability of (77.27%), which is also high percentage, and in the third-ranking, the format feature of the examination paper came with an availability rate of (69.35%), which is a high percentage, and in the last order the implicit feature of the examination paper came in with an availability rate of (54.01%), which is an average availability rate. Based on the results, the study recommended that: The faculty members have to observe the characteristics Format of the examination paper, and its implicit features, and take into their account the standards of drafting the exam papers properly.
