هدف البحث الحالي إلى بحث فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على استخدام رمز الاستجابة السريعة في تنمية مهارات إنتاج عناصر التعلم لدى معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة بيشة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، والذي تم فيه اختيار تصميم المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبار القبلي – البعدي، وأعدت الباحثة قائمة لمهارات إنتاج عناصر التعلم، واستبانة لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لمعلمات المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة بيشة لتنمية مهارات إنتاج عناصر التعلم، واختباراً معرفياً لتقييم الجانب المعرفي الخاص بمهارات إنتاج عناصر التعلم بالإضافة إلى بطاقة ملاحظة لتقييم الجانب الأدائي لمهارات إنتاج عناصر التعلم. وطُبقت التجربة على عينة عشوائية من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة بيشة (مكتب الوسط) بلغ عددها (25) معلمة، وقد تم تطبيق أدوات البحث (بطاقة الملاحظة – الاختبار المعرفي) قبلياً على مجموعة البحث، وفي نهاية التجربة تم تطبيق نفس أدوات البحث بعدياً على مجموعة البحث. وتم ذلك خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 1440-1441هـ. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فرق دالّ إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمعلمات مجموعة البحث التي تلقت تدريباً بالبرنامج التدريبي القائم على استخدام رمز الاستجابة السريعة في الجوانب المعرفية والجوانب الأدائية المرتبطة بمهارات إنتاج عناصر التعلم لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أظهرت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي القائم على استخدام رمز الاستجابة السريعة في تنمية مهارات إنتاج عناصر التعلم لدى مجموعة البحث. وفي ضوء ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج، أوصت الباحثة بالاهتمام بتنمية مهارات المعلمات التقنية ومواكبة التحول الرقمي للمناهج، والاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي الحالي في تدريب المعلمات، وضرورة توظيف رمز الاستجابة السريعة في الأنشطة التعليمية المختلفة.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on the use of the Quick Response (QR code) in developing the skills of producing learning objects for secondary level teachers in Bisha governorate. To achieve this, aim the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical and semi-experimental approach, in which the design of one group was chosen. The researcher has prepared a list of learning objects skills and a questionnaire to identify the training needs of the secondary level teachers to develop the skills of producing learning objects, an achievement test, and an observing card for the practical side skills of producing learning objects. The experiment was applied to a random sample of the secondary level teachers in Bisha governorate (central office) with (25) teachers, and the research tools (observing card - achievement test) were applied previously to the research group, and at the end of the experiment the same research tools were later applied to the research group. This was done during the first semester of the academic year 1440-1441 H. The results indicated that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average levels of the pre and post measurements of the research group parameters who received training program based on the use of QR code in the cognitive and practical performance aspects related to the skills of producing learning objects for the benefit of the post application. The results showed that the training program based on QR code had a significant impact on the development of producing skills of learning objects for the research group. Based on the results of the research,the researcher recommended the development of the performance of technical parameters and the holding of training courses for teachers to develop their technical skills in keeping up with the digital transformation of the curriculum, taking advantage of the current training program in the training of teachers, the need to employ the QR code in various educational activities.
