من سياسات جامعة الاندلس للعلوم والتقنية التطويرية، تطوير الكادر وتطوير المنهج ، وبناء على ذلك ، صدرت أوامر رئيس الجامعة الى كل عضو هيئة تدريس لديه القدرة على التأليف بالذي يتناسب مع اسلوب التعليم المفتوح ، وامضى الفترة الكافية لتدريس المقرر المطلوب، أن يشرع في التأليف لذلك المقرر.
وتمت هذه الخطوة الطيبة، وكان من نتائجها تاليف عدد من الكتب، وان شاء الله يتم إستكمال تاليف كافة الكتب التي تدعم استراتيجية التعلم عن بعد في الجامعة.
والكتاب الذي بين ايديكم " مبادئ ادارة الاعمال" لمؤلفه د . محمد ناجي عطية، أحد تلك الكتب التي طرحت للتدريس في الجامعة منذ عام 2008م لمقرر مبادئ ادارة الاعمال التابع لكلية العلوم الادارية.
ونحن نشيد بهذا الجهد المشكور، ونعتبره لبنة من لبنات بناء الجامعة ، ورسالة موجهة ليس الى طلاب العلوم الادارية فحسب، بل الى كل من يهمه التعلم الذاتي والمبسط لأساسيات الادارة الحديثة باسلوب سهل ومليء بالمناقشات والحوارات والتدريبات والحالات الدراسية.
اسأل الله تعالى ان ينفع به مؤلفه وقرائه

اطلعت على كتاب " مبادئ ادارة الأعمال لمؤلفه د. محمد ناجي عطية، وقد وجدته فعلا يحمل اساسيات ومبادئ الادارة الحديثة التي تفيد الطلاب وغيرهم من غير المتخصصين او المتفرغين للإدارة، اضافة الى انه احتوى على انشطة وتدريبات وتطبيقات عملية مبسطة تحقق الغاية من وضع الكتاب.
وبهذا فان الكتاب يمثل اضافة الى مراجع علم الادارة مع تقريب مبادئ العلم الى المستوى الذي يمكن ان يستفيد منه اكثر المهتمين و الذين يمارسون العمل الاداري.
والمؤلف عمل في كلية العلوم الادارية بجامعة الاندلس للعلوم والتقنية كعضو هيئة تدريس ، فرئيسا لقسم ادارة الاعمال، فنائبا لعميد الكلية، ثم مساعدا لرئيس الجامعة، ودرس هذا المقرر لاكثر من اربع سنوات كانت حصيلتها الخروج بهذا الكتاب الذي بين يديك.
وعموما فان الكتاب يتسم بالتركيز والبعد عن الاسهاب والتطويل بهدف الوصول مباشرة الى المعطيات الاساسية والأهداف المرجوة من تأليفه.
آمل ان يكون مفيدا للقراء وبقية المستهدفين من العملية التعليمية

Written by the President of the University
One of the developmental policies of Andalusia University for Science and Technology, staff development and curriculum development, and accordingly, orders from the President of the University were issued to every faculty member who has the ability to compose in a manner that fits with the open education method, and has spent the sufficient period to teach the required course, to start writing that course .
This kind step was completed, and one of its results was the writing of a number of books, and God willing, all books that support the distance learning strategy at the university will be completed.
And the book in your hands "Principles of Business Administration" by Dr. Muhammad Naji Attia, one of those books that has been offered to teach at the university since 2008 AD for the Business Principles course of the College of Administrative Sciences.
We commend this commendable effort, and consider it a building block for the university, and a message addressed not only to students of administrative sciences, but to everyone interested in self-learning and simplified learning of the basics of modern management in an easy and full manner full of discussions, dialogues, exercises and case studies.

I have seen the book "Principles of Business Administration, written by Dr. Muhammad Naji Attia, and I found it really carries the fundamentals and principles of modern management that benefit students and others who are not specialists or full-time management personnel, in addition to that it contains activities, training and simplified practical applications that achieve the purpose of developing the book."
Thus, the book represents an addition to the references of management science while bringing the principles of science closer to the level that can benefit the most interested and those who practice administrative work.
The author worked at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Andalusia University for Science and Technology as a faculty member, then head of the business administration department, vice-dean of the faculty, then assistant to the university president, and he studied this course for more than four years, the outcome of which was to come up with this book that is in your hands.
In general, the book is characterized by focus and away from length and length, with the aim of reaching directly to the basic data and the desired goals of its authorship.
I hope it will be useful to the readers and the rest of the target audience for the educational process
