The issue of protecting the wild environment is one of the most important issues that fall within international concerns, and states have sought to find legal protection formulas for this type of environment, so we find that it has been the focus of many international conferences and international agreements that sought to guarantee the rights of states in securing the wild environment. At present and in the future, the research sheds light on the protection of the wild environment in light of the provisions of international law, as it falls within the interest of international law and the striving to guarantee the rights of states in this field through international multilateral agreements
