هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على درجة شيوع مشكلات مدربي اتحاد العاب القوة (الملاكمة والمصارعة ورفع الأثقال وبناء الاجسام) في المملكة العربية السعودية ، وكذلك معرفة فروق آراء المدربين نحو أهمية مجالات مشكلة الدراسة. ولإجراء الدراسة تم تصميم مقياسا اشتمل على (44) عباره تناولت سبع أبعاد رئيسية تم تحديدها من خلال دراسة استطلاعية . وقد طبق البحث على مجموعة من مدربي العاب الاتحاد بلغ عددهم (44) مدربا من مختلف أندية مناطق المملكة التابعة لوزارة الرياضة.
وقد تلخصت نتائج الدراسة من أن المشكلات الأكثر شيوعا لدى المدربين هي التي تتعلق بالاتحاد الرياضي للعبة يليها ، المشكلات المرتبطة بوسائل الأعلام الرياضي، ثم المشكلات التي تتعلق بالإمكانات الرياضية الموجودة في مناطق المملكة المختلفة . كما تم حساب تحليل التباين لآراء المدربين نحو مجالات مشكلات الدراسة . وقد قسم المدربين الى ثلاثة مجموعات حسب المؤهل والخبرة وقد أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة بين آراء المدربين نحو بعض مجالات الدراسة وهي (اللاعبين ، والامكانات ، والاتحاد الرياضي للعبة ، وادارة النادي ، ومكاتب الرئاسة العامة لرعاية الشباب (وزارة الرياضة) ، بينما وجدت فروق دالة احصائيا في آراء مجموعات مدربي الاتحاد نحو المشكلات المرتبطة بكل من الجهاز التدريبي والمدرب ووسائل الأعلام (0,05) . ويوصي الباحث بمزيد من الدراسات.

The study aimed to identify the degree of commonness of the problems of the strength federation facing coaches (boxing, wrestling, weightlifting and bodybuilding) , as well as to know the differences among the coaches' views toward the problem areas. To conduct the study, a scale was designed (44) statements that dealt with seven main ares that were identified through a prospective study. The research was applied to a group of coaches of the Federation 44 coaches from different clubs in the SA regions affiliated to the Ministry of Sports.
The results of the study were summarized from the fact that the most common problems among coaches are those related to the sporting federation of the game, followed by problems related to sports media, and then problems related to sports potentials in the various regions of the SA.
The variance analysis was also calculated for the coaches opinions toward the problem areas. The coaches were divided into three groups according to qualification and experience, the results showed that there were no significant differences between the coaches ’views towards some areas of study, namely (players, capabilities, sports federation for the game, club management, and offices of the General Presidency for Youth Welfare (Ministry of Sports), while significant differences were found. Statistically on the opinions of the Federation's coaches groups towards the problems related to each of the training staff, the trainer and the media (0.05) The researcher recommends further studies.
