هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع عمادة شئون الطلاب بجامعة الملك فيصل بالدمام من وجهة نظر موظفي العمادة ، وكذلك طلاب الجامعة للتعرف على واقع الأنشطة الطلابية بالعمادة وأهميتها بالنسبة للطلاب، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة عشوائية عددها (401 طالبا وموظفا) من خلال استبانة أعدت لذلك خلال العام 2008-2009م.
وقد أوضحت نتائج اختبار كا2 لكل من المحاور الأربعة لاستبانة الدراسة المتمثلة في التنظيم الإداري، والإمكانات المالية، والمنشآت والخدمات الطلابية، ومشاركة طلاب الجامعة إلى وجود اختلاف في النسب المئوية لإجابات كل فقرة من فقرات تلك المحاور عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)، باستثناء بعض الفقرات في بعض المحاور. وحول متغيرات الكلية ، والمهنة، والتخصص فلم يكن هناك فروق تذكر وذلك لعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا نحو نظرة عينة الدراسة تجاه واقع محاور الدراسة الأربعة. وحول قياس العلاقة بين المستوى الدراسي (سنة أولى، ثانية، ثالثة، رابعة، خامسة، سادسة) ومحاور الدراسة الأربعة. فقد أوضحت نتائج تحليل التباين الأحادي وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) مما يعني أن المستوى الدراسي كان له تأثير على إجابات الطلاب على كل محور من محاور الاستبانة الأربعة، وذلك على التوالي: الإمكانات المالية، المنشآت والخدمات الطلابية، التنظيم الإداري، ومشاركة طلاب الجامعة. ويوصى بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول أهمية أنشطة عمادة شئون الطلاب المختلفة على تحسين مستوى الطلاب الأكاديمي والنفسي والجسمي .
الملخص الانجليزي
The study aims to recognize the current situation of the activities and events conducted by the Deanship of Students Affairs at King Faisal University, Dammam from the viewpoints of the staff of deanship, as well as the judgment of the university students. It highlights the declaration of KFU in how these activities may affect and will be associated with the students’ lives and their future . The study has applied to a random sample of 401 students and staff through a questionnaire prepared and conducted during the year 2008-2009.
The results of the Q-Square test for the major areas of the questionnaire: administrative management, financial resources, facilities and student services, and the participation of university students in activities have indicated there have been a difference in the percentage of responses to each of those themes at (0.05), with the exception of some paragraphs in the some issues. In regard to the college, occupation, and specialization variables, due to the sample views toward the reality of the study areas.
However, ANOVA has displayed significant differences for the level of the student study as (first, second, third, fourth, fifth, & sixth-years) on level (0.05), which means that the student level has enormous an impact on the response to each of the four area. This result has been in favor of the four areas, in the following order: the financial resources, facilities and student services, administrative management, and the participation of university students in activities. It has been recommend further studies on the importance of the activities of the Deanship of Student Affairs to improve academic, psychological, and physical level of the students .
