The present study aims to examine the dynamics of integration between structural power and the strategies of upward influence and their role in promoting employees benefits in the Kufa Pepsi plant which include (146) employees. The variable of structural power in the social network include four key dimensions are prominence power, access power, control, and the power of the link with the higher organizational levels. Upward influence strategies involve six key strategies are ingratiation, exchange of benefits, rationality, assertiveness, upward appeal, coalition. The variable of the employees' benefits deals with three forms are provision of resource, performance ratings, promotability assessment. Data were gathered by using longitudinal research design. The author collect data about structural power and influence strategies in the time point (T1) and the time point (T2) as well as data collection about employees' benefits in the time point (T3). The main hypothesis of our study focused on an core idea indicate that sequence dynamic between structural power and influence strategies contribute in enhancing employees benefits. Moreover, the study proposes also that simultaneous integration between structural power and influence strategies influence employees' benefits. Sociometric method was used to gather data about variable of structural power while psychometric method was used to collect data about the others variables based on measures existing in previous studies. The findings demonstrated that most of study's hypotheses were valid and according to it set of conclusions were formulated; the one of these conclusions that the relationship between structural power and influences strategies are dynamic r​e​l​a​t​i​o​n​s​
