يدور الإطار العام للبحث حول فكرة أن جودة الحياة العملية هي وسيلة للتحسين المستمر لجودة الخدمات المقدمة في المنظمات الخدمية ، بما في ذلك الثانوية موضوع البحث من أجل تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من هذه المنظمات للمجتمعات. حيث تكتسب أهمية البحث من خلال دراسة الأبعاد الأكثر أهمية لمنظمات عينة البحث. وكانت عينة البحث (79) عضوا من المعلمين العاملين في المؤسسات التي شملتها الدراسة والمعلمين ، حيث تم اختبار الفرضية الرئيسية باستخدام التحليل التمييزي لتوافر جودة الحياة العملية في المنظمات التي شملتها الدراسة. توصل البحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات أهمها: - أظهرت نتائج تمييز المعلمين حول كل مطلب من متطلبات جودة الحياة العملية لتحليل الوظيفة أن شرط (المكافآت والأجور) غير متوفر وغير شائع في المسح. المؤسسات التعليمية ، وبناءً على الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات التالية: أن تقوم إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية باستطلاع متطلبات الاهتمام المتزايد بجودة الحياة العملية والاستفادة من متطلبات التكامل فيما بينها.

General framework of the research revolves around the idea that the quality of work life is a method for continuous improvement of the quality of services provided in the service organizations, including high school the subject of research in order to achieve the desired objectives desired from these organizations to the communities.
