يهدف البحث إلى معرفة الدور المميز لرأس المال النفسي في تكوين رأس المال الفكري بناءً على تسلسل انطلاقته من رأس المال البشري مروراً برأس المال الهيكلي ، وتماشياً مع الهدف تم اختيار شركة نفط الشمال - صلاح الدين مجال البحث. حيث يمثل المجتمع البحثي بواقع (512) من المهندسين وظفت عينة من (77) لتمثيل مجتمع البحث بشكل صحيح ، استخدم الباحثون الاستبانة التي تعتبر الأداة الرئيسية للبحث في جمع البيانات باستخدام المنهج التحليلي ، وخلص البحث إلى أن الدراسة النفسية يؤثر رأس المال على رأس المال الفكري اعتمادًا على بُعد المرونة. اعتماد جلسات شاي أو حفلات جماعية لتفعيل أبعاد رأس المال النفسي.

The research aims to know the distinctive role of psychological capital in the formation of intellectual capital based on the sequence of its starting from human capital through the structural capital, and in line with the goal has been selected North Oil Company – Salahuddin, field of research, representing the research community by (512) from engineers employed a sample of (77) to represent the research community correctly, the researchers used the questionnaire which is the main tool for research in data collection using the analytical method, The research concluded that psychological capital affects the intellectual capital depending on the dimension of flexibility. Adoption of tea sessions or group parties to activate the dimensions of psychological capital.
