The relationship between America and the GCC as a more strategic relationship based on common interests between the two parties through the many challenges and future prospects enhance these linkages in the light of the international variables; this strategy is reflected in the emphasis on the Historical profile of the diplomatic relations between America and the Cooperation Council for the Arab states of the Gulf by highlighting the geo-strategic importance of the Arab Gulf States, as a focus of study, as well as to identify the strategic interests that govern the relationship between them on the one hand, and, on the other hand, shed light on the study of the future prospects of enhancing relations between the US and the Gulf countries, which are not determined only by searching in the Ummah based on several constants and variables, and the repercussions on the Regional and international levels
