ملخص
هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور فلسفة التربية الرياضية للكليات الجامعية المتوسطة في الأردن في دعم الأنشطة الرياضية من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمحاضرين فيها. وقام الباحثون بإعداد وتصميم استبانه لتحقيق الأهداف المبتغاة. وتم اختيار عينة قوامها ( 34 ) مشرفًا ومحاضرًا، موزعة على مشرفي الأنشطة الرياضية ومحاضري متطلب ومساق الرياضة في الكليات الجامعية المتوسطة في الأردن: الحكومية والخاصة ووكالة الغوث الدولية. وأظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد العينة حول دور فلسفة التربية الرياضية للكليات الجامعية المتوسطة في الأردن في دعم الأنشطة الرياضية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة على معظم فقرات الاستبانة، كما وأن تقديرات أفراد العينة جاءت ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح تخصص التربية الرياضية والذكور والشهادات العليا، ولا وجود لفروق دالة معنويًا لمتغير الخبرة والمسمى الوظيفي وصفة الكلية. وأوصى الباحثون بضرورة تبني سياسة علمية لدعم الأنشطة الرياضية، والعمل على تأهيل العاملين في مجال التربية الرياضة في الكليات بكل جديد في المجال، والعمل على شغل الوظائف بتخصصية في التربية الرياضية.

The Role of Physical Education Philosophy at the Intermediate University Colleges in Jordan to Support the Sports Activities from Its Supervisors and Lecturers point of View
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of the philosophy of Physical Education at the intermediate university colleges in Jordan to support of activities athlete from the viewpoint of supervisors and lecturers. The researchers developed a questionnaire designed to achieve the desired objectives. The sample of (34) supervisors and lecturers, in intermediate colleges in Jordan: (public& private) and UNRWA. The results showed that the estimates of the respondents about the role of the philosophy of physical education for the intermediate university colleges in Jordan to support the Sports activities came largely on most paragraphs of the questionnaire, and their estimates was statistically significant in favor of Physical Education specialization and males and graduate degrees holders, and there were no significant differences relative to experience, job, title recipe college. The researchers recommended that need to adopt a policy to support the sports activities and work on the rehabilitation of practitioners in the field of physical education & sport at the intermediate university colleges in Jordan.
