الفعل التوجيهى لايؤدي فعلاً لغويا فحسب، وانما يؤدي وظيفة من وظائف من وظائف اللغة التي تعني بالعلاقات بين المخاطبين وتشمل تلك الأفعال التي يحال المتكلم من خلالها توجيه المتلقي الى فعل ما في المستقبل و شرطها الإرادة والرغبة الصادقة، وهذه اللأفعال التوجيهية تُحسب كمحاولات لتحقيق تأثيرها عبر فعل المستمع وتتبين مقاصدها في ما يبتغي المتكلم انجازه.
البحث الموسوم ب (الأفعال التوجيهية في محادثات الپرلمان الكردستاني)،حددنا له ايطار العمل ضمن البروتوكولات الرسمية البرلمانية لثلاثة دورة پرلمانية(2005-2008) ،(2009-2012) ،(2013-٢015).
المنهج المتبع في هذ الدراسة هو منهج تداولي بالتركيز على النظرية الأفعال الكلامية وتحليل الأفعال التوجيهية حسب المنهخ الوصفي- تحليلي.
واقتضت طبيعة البحث الى المقدمة و أهمية البحث وتنال البحث القوة الأنجازية للأفعال التوجيهية واهمية هذه الأفعال للحوار الپرلمان الكردستاني و تحليل بعض هذه الأفعال ضمن البروتوكولات الرسمية البرلمانية
واضافة الى عرض اهم الاستنتاجات مع تحديد قائمة المصادر وتقديم ملخص البحث بلغتي العربية والانجليزية.
الملخص الانجليزي
The directive acts not only in language, but also in a function of the language that refers to the relations between the interviewers. These acts include the actions through which the speaker is directed to the recipient to do something in the future and with the will and desire. These guiding actions are calculated as attempts to achieve their effect by doing The listener finds its purposes in what the speaker wants to accomplish.
The research, which is characterized by (the guiding actions in the parliamentary talks of Kurdistan), we have set the framework for working within the official parliamentary protocols for three parliamentary sessions (2005-2008), (2009-2012), (2013-1015).
The approach used in this study is a deliberative approach, focusing on the theory of verbal actions and analysis of guiding actions according to descriptive-analytical terminology.
The nature of the research necessitated the introduction and the importance of research. The research investigates the power of achievement of the guiding actions and the importance of these acts to the Kurdistan parliament and analysis of some of these acts within the official parliamentary protocols
In addition to presenting the most important conclusions with a list of sources and provide a summary of the research in Arabic and English
