هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات المهنية للمعلم الفلسطيني قبل الخدمة في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، ومعرفة درجة تلبية كلية التربية لتلك الاحتياجات لطلبتها، ودراسة الفروق الاحصائية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة تلبية كلية التربية للاحتياجات وفقاً لمتغيرات (نوع الثانوية العامة، نوع برنامج الاعداد، المعدل التراكمي، عدد الدورات التربوية داخل الجامعة)، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة عشوائياً بواقع (224) طالب وطالبة من كلية التربية بالجامعة الاسلامية بغزة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج النوعي للإجابة عن السؤال الأول، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإجابة عن السؤال الثاني والثالث. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن كلية التربية تلبي مجال الاحتياجات المهنية الشخصية والاجتماعية أولاً بوزن نسبي (72.14%)، ثم مجال الاحتياجات الأكاديمية والتربوية ثانياً بوزن نسبي (70.98%)، وأخيراً مجال الاحتياجات المهنية الثقافية بوزن نسبي (68.20%). وأظهرت الدراسة أنه لا يوجد فروق دالة احصائياً تعزى لمتغيرات ( نوع برنامج الإعداد، المعدل التراكمي، عدد الدورات التدريبية داخل الجامعة)، وأنه يوجد فروق دالة احصائياً تعزى لمتغير (نوع الثانوية العامة) لصالح الفرع الأدبي، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة فرص التبادل الأكاديمي بين طلبة الجامعة والجامعات الأخرى محلياً ودولياً والعمل على استثمار الزيارات التبادلية بواسطة تقنية (الفيديو كونفرس).

The study aimed at identifying the vocational needs of the Palestinian teacher on pre-service in the light of the 21st - century skills and the degree of meeting the Faculty of Education these needs to its students, as well as, detecting the statistically significant differences in the averages of the sample opinions on meeting the Faculty of Education these needs attributed to the variables of the study (the major on the high school, the type of preparation program, the cumulative average, the number of educational training courses at the university). The study sample consisted of (224) students from the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University in Gaza that are selected randomly. Thus, the researchers used the qualitative method to answer the first question and the analytical descriptive method to answer the second and third questions. The main results of the study were as the following: The Faculty of Education meets firstly the field of vocational personal and social needs with a relative weight (72.14%), then the field of academic and educational needs with a relative weight (70.98%), and finally the field of vocational cultural needs with a relative weight (68.20%). Furthermore, there are no statistically significant differences at ( 0.05 ( among the averages of the sample ratings due to the variables of (the type of preparation program, the cumulative average, the number of educational training courses at the university), while there are statistically significant differences due to the major on the high school for the humanities section. Finally, the researchers recommend the following: The need to increase the opportunities of the academic exchange between the university’s students and the local and international universities and invest the exchanging visits via technology (video conferencing).
