الملخص:
عقب سقوط نظام "القذافي" في 12 أكتوبر 2011 يمكن استعراض التحديات الداخلية والخارجية المرتبطة بالمصالحة الوطنية، في إطار عملية التحوّل من النظم الشمولية التسلطية إلى نظم ديمقراطية، والمخاطر أو التهديدات الكامنة وخصوصاً عندما تنطلق عمليات الانتقال عقب ثورة حققت القطيعة الكاملة والمفاجئة مع النظام السابق من خلال ثورة دموية مسلحة سقط فيها الكثير من المواطنين. وترتيبا على ما سبق تتركز إشكالية الدراسة على سؤال رئيس ألا وهو: ما هي إشكاليات التحول الديمقراطي في ليبيا بعد ثورة فبراير2011؟ وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في محاولة إبراز الدور الهام والفاعل الذي تقوم به عملية التحول الديمقراطي داخل الدولة طبقا لما تستخدمه من أدوات ومؤسسات وذلك عن طريق استخدام كافة الوسائل المتاحة لتفعيل دورها. حيث يهدف البحث إلى إن دراسة دور عملية التحول الديمقراطي في ليبيا في بيئتها الداخلية والخارجية يكون من خلال ممارسة السلطة وتعبيراتها حول قضايا سياسية أساسية. ومتبعا ذلك منهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يقوم على وصف وتحليل إشكاليات الداخلية والخارجية للتحول الديمقراطي في ليبيا عقب ثورة فبراير، وصولا لأهم النتائج المتمثلة في تنوع المحددات والإشكاليات المؤثرة على عملية التحول الديمقراطي الليبي، ما بين سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية.

Abstract
After the toppling of Qadhafi's regime on 12 October, 2011, interior and external challenges linked to the national interest can be viewed in view of the transformation from an authoritative regime to a democratic one, and the implicit threats and perils which particularly emerge from the repercussions of establishing a new regime that severs all ties with the former regime that went down after shedding a bath of blood of innocent people. As a result of the aforementioned, the study focuses on one major question: What are the challenges of democratic transformation in Libya after February 2011 Revolution?
The significance of the study stems from the attempt to highlight the important and effective role played by the process of democratization inside the state in light of the utilization of tools and institutions to activate its role. The present study seeks to study the role of democratization in Libya in regard to the internal and external environment which is influenced by the practices of the government and its stand on the major issues. The researcher follows a descriptive, analytical approach which describes and analyzes the interior and external challenges of democratization in Libya following February Revolution in order to pinpoint the outcomes affected by diversity of determinants and challenges, be social, economic, and cultural.
