الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأولين والآخرين نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم. أما بعد:
فيتكون بحث: الفقه الدعوي للقاعدة الفقهية الأمور بمقاصدها وتطبيقها على الداعية والمدعو، يتكون من خمسة مباحث، أولها في مفهوم الفقه الدعوي، وثانيها في التعريف بالقاعدة الفقهية " الأمور بمقاصدها" وثالثها في العلاقة بين علم الفقه وعلم الدعوة ورابعها في تطبيقات القاعدة الفقهية " الأمور بمقاصدها" على الدعاة إلى الله وخامسها في تطبيقات القاعدة الفقهية " الأمور بمقاصدها" على المدعوين.
وانتهى البحث إلى نتائج من أهمها ضرورة زيادة الدراسات والبحوث العلمية التي تربط علم الدعوة بعلم الشريعة الأخرى، ذكر التطبيقات الدعوية من القاعدة الفقهية الأمور بمقاصدها وتطبيقها على الدعاة إلى الله في أربعة عشرة مسألة، فيما يُحمد ويذم عليه الدعاة، وكذلك ذكر التطبيقات الدعوية من القاعدة الفقهية الأمور بمقاصدها وتطبيقها على المدعوين في الحمد والذم.
ومن توصيات البحث الإشارة إلى ضرورة التأصيل للفقه الدعوي عن طريق التطبيقات الدعوية على القواعد الفقهية والأصولية والمقاصدية، وأهمية التدوين الحديث للكتابة الدعوية واستخراج كنوز السلف الصالح في علم الدعوة وإفرادها بمصنفات خاصة بها، ومن توصيات البحث الدعوة إلى بذل المزيد من الجهد والدراسة لتأسيس مصطلحات علم الدعوة والتي منها فقه الدعوة إلى الله.
وفي الختام أسأل الله تعالى أن يكون هذا البحث خالصا لوجهه الكريم، وعلما نافعا يُستفاد منه
والصلاة والسلام على رسولنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم.

So the research consists of: Advocacy Jurisprudence for the Jurisprudence Base Matters with their purposes and their application to the preacher and the called. It consists of five topics, the first is in the concept of advocacy jurisprudence, the second is in the definition of the jurisprudential rule "matters with their objectives" and the third is in the relationship between the science of jurisprudence and the science of advocacy and the fourth in the applications of the rule of jurisprudence "matters with their intentions" On those who call to God and its fifth in the application of the jurisprudential rule, “matters with their objectives” for those invited.
The research concluded with results, the most important of which is the need to increase scientific studies and research that link the science of da'wah with the science of other Sharia, mentioning the advocacy applications from the jurisprudential rule. Matters with their purposes and their application to the preachers to God in fourteen issues, while the preachers are praised and condemned, as well as the advocacy applications from the jurisprudential rule Matters with their purposes and their application to those invited in praise and slander.
Among the recommendations of the research is the reference to the necessity of rooting advocacy jurisprudence through advocacy applications on the principles of jurisprudence, fundamentalism and intentionality, and the importance of the modern codification of advocacy writing and the extraction of the treasures of the righteous predecessors in the science of da'wah and singling them out with their own compilations. Which includes the jurisprudence of the call to God.
