يبحث الكتاب عن تأثر اليهود على الأدب العربي في الأندس، وهو ثلاثة فصول، مع توضيح قبل الدراسة عن بعض المسميات والتعريفات التي لها علاقة باليهود، ثم بحث حول قلة ظهور اليهود في مصادر الأدب الأندلسيّ، ويتحدث الفصل الأول عن تاريخ اليهود في الأندلس، ويعطي معلومات عامة عن حياتهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والدينية، والثقافية.
ويوضّح الفصل الثاني حضور اليهود في الشعر الأندلسي، ويظهر تأثيرهم في أغراض عدّة، فيظهر لهم تأثير في شعر الغزل، شعر المدح، شعر الهجاء، وفي شعر الخمر، وكذلك في شعر الموشحات والأزجال. ويذكر هذا الفصل تأثيرهم في أغراض أخرى كالإخوانيات، والمراسلات الشعرية. وينتهي الفصل بترجمة وتوضيح لأثر أهم أعلامهم في الشعر وهما: ابن سهيل الإسرائيلي، وأبو الفضل بن حسداي، وغيرهما.
ويركز الفصل الثالث على تأثير اليهود في الأدب العربي في الأندلس، فيتحدث عن حضورهم في الرسائل، وفي الأمثال، والمقامات، والمذكرات. ويوضح هذا الفصل صورة اليهود في هذه الفنون النثرية. وينتهي هذا الفصل بحديث عن أهم أعلامهم المؤثرة في الأدب، فكان منهم ابن نغريلة في غرناطة، وأبو محمد بن حزم، وكذلك الكاتب ابن حسداي.
ويتبع البحث ملاحق وجداول مفيدة للبحث.
الملخص الانجليزي
This Book deals with the Jews and their influence on Arabic literature in Andalusia. It is made in three chapters. In the first chapter, the focus is on Jews and their history in addition to their social, economic, religious and cultural life.
The second chapter explores the influence of the Jews on Arabic poetry in Andalusia, and it shows them in different Arabic poetical themes in Andalusia: in Ghazal (love poetry) in laudatory, in satire, in wine poetry, in Muwashshahat and Alzajal. This chapter also contains other poetical topics as al-Ikhwaniyyat (fraternal). In this chapter, the study also draws attention to poetry about strives and massacres. It presents the most famous literary Jewish figures of Andalusian poetry and the sources of Jewish stories in it. It ends with biographies of the most distinguished Jewish poets in Andalusia such as Ibn Suhail Al-Israeli, Abu Al-Fadel Bin Hisdai and others.
Chapter three is concerned with the influence of Jews on the Arabic prose literature in Andalusia. Readers can also find a collection of prose literature in which the Jews appeared such as letters, proverbs, Maqamat (rhymes) and diaries. Then, the study illustrates what affected the image of Jews in Andalusian prose literature. In this chapter, there are biographies of Jewish figures who displayed Jews in Andalusian prose literature. These are the sons of Naghrila in Granada and Abu Mohammed Bin Hazm in addition to the Jewish writer Bin Hisdai.
