تعالج المذكرة موضوع الانتقال من النتيجة المحاسبية إلى النتيجة الجبائية حيث تم تنفيذ هذا العمل لدى مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية لشركة سوناطراك والتي وفرت لنا جميع الموارد والمعلومات الضرورية.
حاولنا من خلال العمل التعرف لمختلف الآليات التي وضعتها سلطات الضرائب الجزائرية لغرض تحديد الوعاء الأساسي لحساب الضرائب على أرباح الشركات.
تمكن هذه الآليات من تحديد المحاسبة العامة المتوافقة مع القواعد والإجراءات والتي تضمن الحصول على النتيجة الجبائية للمؤسسة، حيث ولحساب هاته الأخيرة نعتمد على النتيجة المحاسبية مع معالجة كل من حسابات المصاريف والمنتجات وذلك وفق اللقواعد الفنية والضريبة للقانون المعتمد. كما يجب مراعاة التوازن بين مصالح الدولة من جهة والسير الحسن للشركات من جهة أخرى، بما يضمن تحسين مداخيل الطرفين.

The memorandum deals with the issue of moving from the accounting result to the tax result, as this work was carried out by the Social Affairs Directorate of Sonatrach, which provided us with all the necessary resources and information.
We tried through work to identify the various mechanisms that the Algerian tax authorities have put in place for the purpose of defining the main basis for calculating taxes on corporate profits.
These mechanisms enable the determination of public accounting that is consistent with the rules and procedures that ensure obtaining the institution’s tax result. To calculate the latter, we rely on the accounting result with processing both expense and product accounts in accordance with the technical and tax rules of the approved law. It is also necessary to take into account the balance between the interests of the state on the one hand and the good running of companies on the other hand, in order to ensure the improvement of the incomes of both parties.
