ألقي البحث الضوء على أسس الاحتساب الشرعي والقانوني على الانحراف الفكري وتطبيقاته المعاصرة، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الاستنباطي. وتطرق البحث إلى مفهوم الانحراف الفكري وأنواعه وأسبابه، وأسس الاحتساب الشرعي والقانوني على الانحراف الفكري المعاصر، والأساليب في التطبيقات المعاصرة للاحتساب على الانحراف الفكري والتي تتمثل في أسلوب الموعظة الحسنة وأسلوب الحوار والمجادلة والمناظرة، وأسلوب العقوبات الحسية والمعنوية، أما الوسائل في التطبيقات المعاصرة للاحتساب على الانحراف الفكري وتتمثل في وسيلة القول، ووسيلة الكتابة، ووسيلة الردود وتفنيد الشبهات. وقد خلص البحث إلى التدرج في الاحتساب على الانحرافات الفكرية يعدوا خطة استراتيجية، وهو ما قامت به المملكة العربية السعودية فتدرجت في توجيه وإرشاد المنحرفون فكرياً ثم محاورتهم ومناظرتهم ثم نصحهم ومجادلتهم بالتي هي أحسن، حتى إذا كان هناك فئة رفضت كل أشكال التعاون والتسامح فهنا الحزم والجد يعدوا واجباً شرعياً لحفظ الأرواح وصيانة الحقوق، فتكون العقوبات الحسية من التعزيز بالقتل والحبس والنفي. وقد أوصي البحث بنشر كتب السلف الصالح رحمهم الله تعالي خاصة كتب الحِسبة والتي فيها الاحتساب على الانحراف الفكري في زمنهم، لنشر الوعي والمعرفة لكافة أفراد المجتمع، وذلك يكون بأساليب ووسائل حديثة يتحقق عن طريقها نشر علم وعمل السلف الصالح رحمهم الله تعالي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The research sheds light on the foundations of legal and legal calculation on intellectual deviation and its contemporary applications, by relying on the inductive and deductive approach. The research touched on the concept of intellectual deviation, its types and causes, the foundations of the legal and legal calculation on the contemporary intellectual deviation, and the methods in contemporary applications of calculating the intellectual deviation, which are represented in the style of good advice, the style of dialogue, debate and debate, and the method of sensory and moral punishments. The intellectual means is the means of saying, the means of writing, and the means of responses and refuting suspicions.
