شرع الله ورسوله الجهاد في سبيل الله للدفاع عن النفس ودفعاً للظلم وإعلاءً لكلمة الله وفق ضوابط شرعية، وقد استخدم البعض مصطلح الجهاد في غير موضعه ذريعة ً لتنفيذ أهداف محددة ، لذلك تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح الفرق بين مصطلح الجهاد والإرهاب ، وتحديد الضوابط الشرعية للجهاد ، وبيان شُبهات الإرهابيين في الخلط بين الجهاد والإرهاب ، والرد عليها .
الملخص الانجليزي
Allah and His Messenger have laid down Jihad for the sake of Allah as a way of self-defense and to ward off injustice and uphold the word of Allah according to Islamic Shari’a controls. However, some people have wrongly used the term “Jihad” in a misplaced position as a pretext to carry out certain specific goals. Therefore, this research seeks to clarify the difference between the term “Jihad” and the term “terrorism”, and to determine Islamic Shari’a controls for jihad, and to make clear the suspicions of terrorists in their confusion between jihad and terrorism, and to respond to them.
