الصناعي للمراجع في تحسن كفاءة وجودة الأداء لمهنة المراجعة، وتطوير الأداء المهني لمراجعي
الحسابات، وتقييم مخاطر عملية المراجعة، وللإجابة عى التساؤلات البحثية واختبار فرضيات
البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليي في تبيان وتوضيح الجانب النظري من خال
الدراسات السابقة والدوريات والرسائل العلمية، وتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية واختبار
الفرضيات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة.
كا استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للبحث وتم تقيمها وتحكيمها من عدد من المتخصصن،
ومن ثم وزعت عى عينة البحث المكونة من مراجعي الحسابات العاملن بمكاتب المراجعة
الخارجية العاملة في قطاع غزة والبالغ عددهم ) 88 ( مراجع.
كا أثبتت نتائج البحث أن للتخصص الصناعي للمراجع دور في تحسن كفاءة وجودة الأداء
لمهنة المراجعة، وتطوير الأداء المهني لمراجعي الحسابات، والتقليل من مخاطر عملية المراجعة.
كا أوصى الباحث برورة القيام بمزيد من تبني التخصص الصناعي من قبل مكاتب
المراجعة، وأن ترصد كل طاقاتها المتاحة من موارد بشرية ومادية لما له من فوائد عى كافة
الأطراف المهتمة بمهنة المراجعة.
الملخص الانجليزي
Abstract
The main objective of the study was to establish scientific specialization by
identifying the role of the industrial specialization of the auditor in improving the
efficiency and quality of the performance of the auditing profession, developing the
professional performance of the auditors, evaluating the risks of the audit process,
and answering the research questions and testing the hypotheses. Theoretical studies
through previous studies, periodicals and scientific letters, analyzing the results of
the field study and testing hypotheses using appropriate statistical methods.
The questionnaire was used as a research tool, evaluated and arbitrated by
a number of specialists, and then distributed to the sample of the sample of the
auditors working in the offices of the external audit operating in the Gaza Strip,
which are (88) references.
The results of the research showed that the industrial specialization of the
auditor has a role in improving the efficiency and quality of performance of the
audit profession, developing the professional performance of the auditors and
minimizing the risks of the audit process.
The research also recommended that the industrial specialization should be
further adopted by the audit offices and that all available human and material
resources should be monitored for its benefits to all parties interested in the audit
profession.
