هدفت الدراسة بشكل عام إلى معرفة مستوى الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من فئة ذوي الإعاقة (بصريًّا، سمعيًّا، حركيًّا) في الجمهورية اليمنية، وطبيعة الفروق في الخدمات الإرشادية تبعًا لمتغيري: (نوع الخدمة، نوع الإعاقة)، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (382) معاقًا (بصريًّا، وسمعيًّا، وحركيًّا)؛ الملتحقين بمدارس، ومراكز التربية الخاصة في محافظات: (صنعاء، إب، عدن)، وقد قام الباحث ببناء استبانة تضمنت (112) عبارة، موزعة على ثمانية أبعاد هي الخدمات: (الانفعالية، الاجتماعية، التربوية، الصحية، المادية، المهنية، الترويحية، والدينية)، وأسفرت الدراسة إلى أنَّ الخدمات الإرشادية (الانفعالية، الصحية، المادية، الترويحية، المهنية، والدينية)، تتوافر بدرجة بسيطة، بينما الخدمات (الاجتماعية، والتربوية)، تتوافر بدرجة ضعيفة، مع وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على الخدمات الإرشادية (التربوية، الدينية)، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على الخدمات الإرشادية (الانفعالية، الاجتماعية، الصحية، المادية، الترويحية، المهنية، الدينية)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجال خدمات الإرشاد (التربوي) بين أفراد العينة، ولصالح الإعاقة البصرية، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجال خدمات الإرشاد (الديني) بين أفراد العينة، ولصالح الإعاقة الحركية.
الملخص الانجليزي
The present study aimed at identifying the level of guidance services offered to persons with disabilities (with reference to visual, hearing and motor impairment) in the republic of Yemen and the nature of variations in guidance services based on the two variables of (service type and disability type). The study sample consisted of (382) disabled persons (with visual, hearing and motor disabilities) already enrolled in special education schools and centers in provinces of (Sana’a, Ibb and Aden). The researcher prepared a questionnaire comprising (112) articles distributed into eight dimensions of services (emotional, social, educational, health, material, professional, recreational and religious). The study concluded with the findings that guidance services of (emotional, health, material, recreational, professional and religious) nature are slightly available, whereas services of (social and educational) nature are hardly available. There are statistical differences among the study sample individuals’ average rates with reference to guidance services (educational and religious). However, there were no statistical differences in the study sample individuals’ average rates in terms of guidance services (emotional, social, health, material, recreational, professional and religious). There were statistically significant differences in the field of guidance services (educational) among the sample participants in favor of visual disability. There were also statistically significant differences in terms of guidance services (religious) among the sample participants in favor of motor disability.
In light of the study findings, the researcher recommends the need for more research to be conducted on guidance aspects for persons with all types of disabilities.
