دراسة مقدمة الى المحفل العلمي الدولي السابع: المؤتمر الدولي الثاني لقياسات المعلومات والتواصل العلمي: بين النظرية والتطبيق 11: 15 نوفمبر 2020م
- لأجل أن يكون هناك معامل اهتمام بحثي "للباحث" يميزه متفرداً به، يقيس كمياً إنتاجه ومشاركاته العلمية، واستجابة مجتمع الباحثين وتقديره لهذا الإنتاج وتفاعلهم معه؛ تأتي فكرة مجتمع التواصل الأكاديمي "بوابة البحث العلمي ResearchGate" وكذلك المنصة العربية ""منصة أُريد ARID" التي تتفرد بمنح مُعَرّف لكل باحث Arabic Researcher ID إضافة الى أوسمة تميز "باحث مبادر، باحث مبدع،..." وكذا معامل كمي لدرجة إنتاجية كل باحث. ونظراً لمشاع معامل التأثير للمجلات العلمية، ونسب الاستشهاد للبحث العلمي، تبزغ فكرة معامل "الباحث" وقياس كمي مميز لكل باحث، إضافة الى التصنيف للجامعات وفق جهود وأعمال الباحثين المنتمين لتلك الجامعات والممثلين لها من خلال إنتاجيتهم العلمية واهتماماتهم البحثية بتلك المنصات التي تمثل شبكة اتصال أكاديمي ومجتمع علمي للباحثين. لذا تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تناول التوجه بقياس الإنتاجية العلمية والاهتمامات البحثية للباحث والجامعة التي ينتسب اليها، وأهميته للباحث ولمجتمع البحث العلمي، وتصنيف الجامعات، وكيفية الاشتراك والتميز بمعاملات متميزة (RG, RI, ARID ) للباحث والجامعة، وتحديات ومعيقات وعيوب تلك المنصات وتحيزاتها وإعلاناتها، وآليات الارتباط بالمنصات العلمية وقواعد البيانات ودور النشر العلمية، وتحدي احتساب نسب الاستشهاد للدراسات العربية بالعلوم الإنسانية والنظرية. كما يتناول العرض نماذج لمعاملات مرتفعة لباحثين، وتحليل تلك المعاملات، وآلية الحصول على معاملات مرتفعة. تعتمد الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المقارن، وتقتصر حدود الدراسة على الإنتاجية العلمية والاهتمامات البحثية للباحثين بجامعة "بنها" وجامعة "طيبة" من خلال منصة "بوابة البحث العلمي". توصي الدراسة بضرورة دعم المنصات العلمية العربية، وتشجيع الباحثين على المشاركة بها، وإعداد تقارير دورية لتحسين معاملات الباحثين، ونشر الإنتاج العلمي، وتداول الاهتمامات البحثية كوسيلة للتواصل بمجتمع الباحثين وإثراء المحتوى العربي وخدمة المجتمع، وتأهيل وتدريب الباحثين على آلية تحقيق معاملات علمية وبحثية لتحسين تصنيف الجامعات، والاشتراك بالفرق والمشروعات البحثية الإقليمية والعالمية، وأهمية المُعَرّف البحثي المتفرد لكل باحث، واعتماده مستقبلاً للارتباط الموحد بين قواعد البيانات واستدعاء إنتاجية الباحث واهتماماته العلمية والبحثية.

Measuring University Research Productivity and the Researcher's Scientific interests on the Scientific ResearchGate A study submitted to the International Scientific Forum: The Second International Conference on Information Measurements and Scientific Communication: Between Theory and Practice 11: 15 November 2020 In order for there to be a coefficient of research interest for the "researcher" that distinguishes him uniquely, that measures quantitatively his production and scientific participation, the response of the research community and its appreciation for this production and their interaction with it; The idea of the academic communication community, “ResearchGate,” as well as the Arabic platform “ARID Platform,” which uniquely grants an identifier to each Arabic researcher ID, in addition to medals that distinguish “an initiative researcher, a creative researcher,…” as well as a quantitative parameter of the degree of productivity of each Researcher. In view of the prevalence of the impact factor of scientific journals, and the citation rates for scientific research, the idea of the “researcher” factor and a distinct quantitative measurement for each researcher emerges, in addition to the classification of universities according to the efforts and work of researchers belonging to those universities and their representatives through their scientific productivity and their research interests in those platforms that represent an academic network. And a scientific community for researchers. Therefore, the current study aims to address the trend by measuring the scientific productivity and research interests of the researcher and the university to which he belongs, its importance to the researcher and the scientific research community, the classification of universities, and how to participate and distinguish with distinguished transactions (RG, RI, ARID) for the researcher and the university, and the challenges, obstacles and defects of these platforms and their biases and advertisements, And mechanisms of linking with scientific platforms, databases and scientific publishing houses, and the challenge of calculating citation rates for Arab studies of humanities and theory. The presentation also deals with models for higher transactions for researchers, analyzing those transactions, and the mechanism for obtaining high transactions. The study adopts the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach, and the limits of the study are limited to the scientific productivity and research interests of researchers at "Benha" University and "Taibah University" through the "Scientific Research Gateway" platform. The study recommends the necessity of supporting Arab scientific platforms, encouraging researchers to participate in them, preparing periodic reports to improve researchers' transactions, publishing scientific production, and circulating research interests as a means of communicating with the research community, enriching Arabic content and community service, and qualifying and training researchers on the mechanism of achieving scientific and research transactions to improve university ranking Participation in regional and global research teams and projects, the importance of the unique research identifier for each researcher, and its future adoption of the unified link between databases and invoking the researcher's productivity and his scientific and research interests
