طاملا أنها تتعامل بالنقود الورقية املعاصرة واليت تصدرها البنوك املركزية، كما أوضح البحث أيضا ضرورة تطهري النقود من الربا إذا ما أريد
لالقتصاد أن ينعم باالستقرار النقدي، فأكرب مؤشر على فعالية وظيفة اإلصدار النقدي يف اإلسالم هي القضاء على آفة الربا، باإلضافة إىل
ذلك تطرق البحث إىل مقومات النقدي يف اإلسالم من خالل جتربة اخلليفة عبد امللك بن مروان يف إصدار النقود وإنشائه دار السك واليت كان
هلا دور فعال يف استقرار النظام القائم، حيث ساعد ذلك على متتع اجملتمع باالستقرار النقدي الذي تضافرت جمموعة من العوامل لتحقيقه،
كعملية السك اليت كانت ضمن اهتمامات اخلليفة .

This research uncovers structural defect in the construction of a monetary and financial system, as the existence of
so-called Islamic banks does not solve the problem of usury since they still deal with notes issued by central banks. The
current study also showcases the pressing need for stopping the use of usury in order to foster monetary stability,
knowing that the best indicator for the effectiveness of cash issuance function in Islam is the eradication of the scourge
of usury.
In addition, the present research touches upon the fundamentals of monetary stability in Islam through the
experience of the Caliph Abd al-Malik bin Marwan in issuing money and establishing a mint. This had an effective role
in the stability of the existing system. A group of factors combined to achieve this stability: such as the minting process
that was one of the numerous interests of the Caliph.
